Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff, room a reasonable size, looking out onto the street and no traffic noise at night. Room cleaned every day.

Wifi was annoying - it often took long to connect and would occasionally disconnect. Coffee provided at breakfast was insipid.

Breakfast needed to be stocked better, often no food for 10-15 minutes. Heater in room makes too much noise makes hard to sleep.

I didn't like kitchen staff . They were rude and very I'll mannered . Especially one girl Aalina she was very bad . She need to be changed otherwise it will be a great cost for hotel .

I faced elevators breakdown during rush hours. it took about 30 minutes to fix it. The latest maintenance of the elevators was done on February 2021. The air conditioner of my initial room was out of service.

One elevator was out of order most of our stay, so you either had to wait an hour to get on or take the stairs. Wasn't too bad for us as we were on the 7th floor but would be brutal for someone higher up.

The staff was great, the breakfast was decent, the rooms were clean. The location was ok. About a 30 min walk to times Square and 5 min to Grand Central Station.

As mentioned, go to the breakfast early so you can enjoy their yummy food. If you are late you will be disappointed as most items will be gone and there will be no sitting room.

I stayed here for 8 nights. I think the reviews I saw before coming here are not entirely accurate. The rooms are basic and small. Be aware that rooms with a connecting door to another room are REALLY noisy. Request a room without connecting door. The walls are also a bit thin so all the rooms can be heard especially if people are in the hallway. Rooms are ok, and the cleaning service on my floor (15th) was fantastic. Rooms furniture is showing its age but nothing to worry about. The breakfast was FANTASTIC and changed everyday, even after 8 days. But PLEASE go early. If you can go at 7am you will have no problem with food availability and other people. On my last day I arrived at 8:30am and the food was gone and the room was packed with so many people that I had to eat standing. Location is fantastic and probably the best reason to stay here. You can get the subway from JFK airport easily to the hotel. Grand Central station is 2 minutes away. 99 cent pizza is nearby as is many outlets such as dunkin donuts, starbucks and five guys etc.

Only having two elevators for all the floors. But the wait wasn't that bad. Sometimes we just took the stairs. Not big of a deal.

I like the commodities, the location (literally close to everything), the breakfast was the surprise of our stay. We didn't expected to be that good.
