    Ice Machine on 1st and 3nd floor was out. No microwave oven in the room

    I slept in a room with two queen beds. The mattress on one of the beds was too soft so I had to sleep in the other bed with offered some support.

    Phone did not work in room but had my cell.

    Deferred maintenance is becoming obvious to even the most casual observer. See attached photos. This is not what I expect from Hampton Inn. I do understand that it has been a rough year and a half for the hospitality industry but a certain minimum quality standard must be kept or guests will find other facilities who are doing so.

    There wasn't much for breakfast ran out of bacon didn't bring any more out while we were there.

    No crib for the baby.

    Breakfast was very good! No crib provided for the baby. They provided complimentary water which was nice. Check in and check out were fairly smooth.

    Property dated. Rug in room was stained and torn. While bathroom was probably clean, rust and peeling paint in bathtub made us feel uncomfortable. A/c didn’t operate and room temperature too high to sleep comfortably. Only one ice maker in the whole facility worked, which required everyone to use one ice maker on the third floor that couldn’t keep up with demand. We were unable to access the wifi. Per clerk it was an Apple problem since everyone using non-Apple products could access wifi. Hotel charged $50 to credit card for possible incidentals, we’re still waiting for it to be refunded.

    I booked this hotel with booking.com, the hotel called and said they had no hot water on the premises and I was advised to cancel. I did and they all kept my money and never gave it back. Not sure if it’s booking.coms fault or the hotels fault but that is the reason for the bad review.
