Handicap Shower Had Glass Door which was a Slight Challenge because of Small opening. Pillows Were Extremely Too Soft

I booked a room with a king bed in advance but was told they gave it away to someone else the day before. They asked if we would take a queen room so we had no choice but to take it. We were put next to the elevator which was very noisy and annoying. Not a great experience for us as members.

There was a good variety of breakfast items to choose from. The bed was comfortable.

not very much. very outdated and staff not knowledgeable.. lots of people smoking weed and rooms smelled like weed. the hallways reeked of weed as you walked to your room. coffee station was cold.. everything very old looking for the price. paid the same thing for the tru hotel and that hotel was awesome. I was shocked for the price I paid for what I got. never again

Had to change 3 rooms because room keys didnt work. One room had such a bad smell that it would have been impossible to stay there one hour, never mind an entire night. TV kept losing signal and movies would not work - kept searching for signal, making you miss most of the movie/show you were watching. Uncomfortable bed - did feel like you were sleeping on a hard floor instead of a mattress. Unfortunately one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences in a long time.

Convenient location to major roads. Easy access to interstate. Your traditional continental breakfast. Hot coffee and tea available. Two types of waffles available.

Detail on general cleanliness was lacking. Elevator had some sticky food spilled in it and should have been cleaned up before people were stepping in it and tracking it around.

Breakfast was pretty good. Met expectations. Room was fine but shower door was installed wrong; opens right at the toilet making it harder to get in and out.

Very thin walls. Could hear conversations down the hall. AC did not work. Bedding smelled of urine. Had no time to get anything fixed. No one wants to complain when they have only a few hours to sleep and leave. Oh and as a bonus, housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:45am while I was in the shower. Once I was out, I rushed and checked the time thinking I missed the 11am check out. Seeing that it wasnt even 9am yet, I had to put a do not disturb sign up so that she would go away. Never had housekeeping do that sort of thing before noon.

Not to my liking. It was decent enough to sleep in and shower, but was not a comfortable experience.

The only negative thing was just that it wasn't as close to the family I was visiting. But I'd still keep this location in mind.

.I thought the rates were pretty decent for a hotel that's part of the Hilton chain. My family and I were very comfy the entire stay. We even got to stay in the same room when we decided to stay an extra night. The staff was professional and friendly. There were plenty of places to, shop, and get gas. And the free breakfast was awesome.

Blackout shades broken in the room. It was bright as daylight all night. The building is older. You can tell they do clean, but regular maintenance is lacking. Thin walls, broken shade, tears in the furniture.

We did NOT like the nail clippings on the nightstand and on the carpet. It did appear to be vacuumed prior to us staying there and it looked like it needed a refresh. Breakfast was not up to Hampton standards

The manager checked us in and was very friendly and pleasant. He was very informative about Hilton Honors and everything the hotel had to offer. The room was extremely clean and nice sized. Everything I expect in a hotel room. Breakfast was better than expected. Everything was fresh and well stocked. I could not be more pleased with our stay.

I was charged by booking .com. Then when I got there they ask for a card so I gave them my bank card thinking they needed a card on file for the room in case of damages. I was charged for the room twice.

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The desk had trouble getting my payment and indicated it was my card when they continually kept putting in the wrong expiration date. Couldn’t use the bathroom lobby due to issues entering a code to unlock. Asked a room away from stairwell or elevator and the desk assistant confirmed the room wasn’t near either. Got to the room and it was RIGHT BY the elevators.

Overcharged for the stay. Would not honor booking.com‘s reservation even though I showed it to them. Then they promised to refund the difference after i got booking.com involved, but they failed to follow through and make the refund. Not happy with the runaround.

The professionalism & the customer service was exceptional! The hotel staff accommodating and their breakfast was truly lovely. If you're traveling with family or even by yourself then this is the perfect place the environment quiet & comforting, the staff welcoming & attentive & the blackout shade are all priceless.
