We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only downside is that the lobby bathroom was not open, which I can understand given covid. However, I would have delayed checking out until after eating breakfast, if I had known. It was a long trip afterward.
Handling of odd and multiply changing arrive times. The staff were very nice and helpful. And as usual for Hampton Inns, the room and bathroom were great!

United StatesIndoor pool disappointment. I specifically booked here for my family to enjoy indoor pool time regardless of weather outside. I had to get out because I didn’t want to step on the dirty floor for long. Pool water looked dirty, not clear. And Clorox smell was too strong. Small pool area where they keep the door and windows closed, so the strong clorox smell was very uncomfortable. I suggest they renovate the pool area. Pillows too soft for my liking. Room mini fridge didn’t feel cold at all.
Loved the cleanness and overall feel and look of the hotel. Didn’t feel nor looked old. Well taken care of. Beds were comfortable queen size. They provided crib bed on request. Breakfast was good and included in our stay, so room price I found really good for a family of 5 for 1 night. Be aware, they charge a deposit of $30-$35 upon arrival. It is refundable once you leave hotel. Near many shopping centers and restaurants. Near main road. Very convenient location.
