Very small issue.. no fan or ventilation in the bathroom which make the room a little humid. The air conditioner could of been a little stronger.

The pool and beach was awesome! It was great they let up use pool toys ( rafts, balls etc) always had plenty of beach towels at the front desk. Amazing breakfast that was included!! Tiki bar was fun and the food was good. Nice to have food available so you don’t have to run out. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Staff very nice and accommodating.

I had to go purchase a baby gate to keep my toddler out of the bathroom. But, that was not the hotels fault. I just have a very busy and active toddler that can open doors.

The property was a little tired, although clean , things like caulking around bath tub were pretty mildewed, wall surfaces needed a fresh coat of paint and drapes needed to be replaced. Breakfasts were fine, staff kept the serving area very clean. The parking was not free but after a chat with the front desk staff they waived the charges.

Loved the pool, clean, well maintained, kids loved the basketball net in the pool, the waterfalls were perfect . Plenty of loungers and clean towels. Staff did a great job of keeping tables clean. The bar had a great location on the beach.

Buyer beware. There is a $15 per day “self parking fee”. This wasn’t disclosed to us at check in. Apparently, there is a fine print on the parking pass you get at check in. It goes in your dash, so it’s unlikely you’ll see it. Also, they don’t give you a receipt the night before you leave. In fact, we had to request a copy. As a result we didn’t see the parking fee until we were walking out the door and had to make the airport. I intend to call the hotel when I get home. I’ll update this post if they take the charges off.

The staff was excellent. Very kind, very accommodating. It’s a good location. Only about 35 minutes from JAX. There were several restaurants in walking distance. I suggest Metro Diner on 3rd St/Ave. for breakfast. Ask for Brandon. Great kid. We ate at the bar once. Chicken fingers and onion rings. Passable, but I wouldn’t rave about them. The drinks weren’t bad. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet, but it always seemed crowded. Loved the pool and hot tub. The waterfalls were a nice touch.

Breakfast was great and loved option to eat outdoors. Pool was exceptional. Outdoor relaxing options were plentiful. Beach access was unbeatable. Staff were highly engaging and accommodating.

The bath rooms were outdated and carpet little worn. The breakfast was nice yet the floor was a hazard where people spilled stuff but the one staff member I saw handling that area can’t do it all alone. Tiki bar staff was super nice but 3 gals and they need more help when busy. Food was good and came out quick.

The location is great. Accommodations are nice as well. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Never a shortage of pool towels. Tiki bar was nice to have there as well.

Friendly helpful staff, awesome pool, on the beach!

Beach front can’t be beat! Add a great pool with lots of lounges and poolside food and beverage wait staff now that’s a vacation. Included breakfast was very good too. Clean comfortable rooms. We enjoyed ourselves!
