Friendly staff, very clean, it even smelled clean. The rooms were nice, the free breakfast was good. We ate at the onsite restaurant and it was very good but not cheap.The location was near the Kuka outlet trail, and close to to the main street which had some shops and restaurants. It was also close to some wineries and we visited 3 antique places within a half hour drive.

Stunning location, on the lake; the staff were very friendly and helpful; extremely clean, beautiful, big room with comfortable beds and amazing pillows, fantastic view of the lake; good and varied breakfast included.

We were given a room that faced the parking lot and the hotel was all about the view of the lake. The rooms were empty across from us…. It would have been nice to have a lakefront room.

Dinner at the Bar/ restaurant was great Food was delicious and our waiter, Jeff R. was terrific!

Good location, close to major attractions. Fast check in. Clean room and comfy beds. Staffs helping at breakfast were super friendly and hard working. Swimming pool, hot tub, gym, outdoor fire pit and furniture add on great bonus for our 4 nights stay. Strong recommend.

The pillows were basically bags of air with almost no structure.

Dave, the piano bar man, was awesome. And the front desk was nice.

Mattress needs to be replaced. We had an uncomfortable night's sleep.

The hotel is right on Keuka Lake. The entry, rooms, and breakfast lounge were very clean. It was very nicely decorated for St Patrick's Day.

Came to swim with our grandchildren and the pool was FREEZING!

Staff was wonderful. Housekeeping and front Desk staff were super nice and accommodating. Good breakfast. Breakfast items were replaced fast when they ran out. Plenty of towels at pool.

Everyone was coughing…tis the season

Our rooms were fresh and clean smelling, good temp. Our name on the tv upon entering room was such a nice touch. The guy that checked us in was gracious and friendly. Excellent, fresh breakfast, good biscuits and sausage gravy which my husband loved. I enjoyed the fresh berries and cream on the make your own waffles. Nice that they had two batter flavor options. The oatmeal and the fresh potatoe home fries were also good. Clean eating area a plus!

Absolutely nothing!!

Loved the restaurant and bar in the hotel. Food and drinks were definitely 5 star.. Wonderful bartender friendly and gave great advice on the food. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and never disappointed!! The suite was wonderful! King bed VERY COMFORTABLE!! The TV with my name displayed on the monitor coming in made a nice touch. We had a room on the 1st floor, did not have any issues with noise. Staff very friendly!! The lake is always pretty! Just too cold for us to stroll by this time. Maybe this summer!! We will definitely stay again!!!

Very minor repair needed to a tippy window sill, and the bathroom sink drain had a funky odor.

Exceptional location overlooking Keuka Lake. Walking distance to off-site eating, and an included breakfast with both hot and cold selection. Staff went over and above. Downtown Penn Yan is charming. Be sure to visit Long's Books and the Keuka Candy Emporium- both are sensory overloads! The Birkett Mills store is worth visiting for their Buckwheat pancake mix made in the massive mill complex that anchors the south end of Main St.

I wish there were more options for lake view rooms. I wish that there was better access for electric vehicles. We had a hard time charging my husbands car. But otherwise, this is my favorite place to stay in PY.

The location is lovely. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy!! I do wish there was less goose poop on the walkways, but they can’t control that haha

Everything was great

While I am local, I stayed with my mom who lives a couple hours away. The view is always beautiful. Staff was wonderful as always. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub was nice to enjoy!
