Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Called the front desk and no one answered. It was midnight. Went down to the front desk and the clerk tells me she was out having a smoke. She said the hotel was full and couldn’t change my room. She gave me a plunger in a trash bag and I was able to get the sink to drain myself, yuck.

Location was good as it was right off the highway exit. Pool, breakfast and gym were averagely good.

The front desk guy screwed up the booking details. He wasted out valuable 2 hours time and finally reaslised that it was his fault. I was in the mood to meet my good friends, so didn't want to create a scene and spoil my mood. We were out most of the time, only went back to sleep overnight. The windows were sound proof, couldn't hear anything from outside.

Very decent spread. Good that it's free for all guests.

Toilet in room 406 needs attention. The flush arm prevents the float from sealing correctly after a flush which causes continuous gurgling and excess water usage. Suggest having it resolved.

The pool was cold, the hot tub was overwhelming strong of bleach and room full of unsupervised children. It was reported by several others staying on site to staff. Not much was done to handle the chaos.

Great location from the highway for ease of on/off and other amenities.

It could've been our room, but our only complaint was that the mattresses in our opinion were not comfortable. We woke up a little stiff and sore each morning. But on the other hand, my kids thought they were great. So it could just be us.

The hotel location was right off of the highway and 15 mins or less from everywhere we visited during our stay. The breakfast was great, lots of options even for the pickiest of kids. The pool was nice. The room was clean. The shower head was tall and the water pressure in the shower also good.

We reserved a king size suite. We were advised at check in that you had some plumbing issues and 3 or more of your rooms had flooded. We were told that only double queens were available. We were disappointed as we prefer the extra space in a room as opposed to an addition bed. No additional alternate or compensation offered.

The breakfast menu exceeded our expectation. The location was okay.

The chlorine in the pool was so overwhelming, it stained all of our clothes. Went down for breakfast and all the tables were dirty. I had to use napkins and hand sanitizer to clean a table off before we eat breakfast.

Reviving the crib we asked for 3 times. Otherwise a wonderful stay

I put it in our reservation notes we needed a crib. When we got to the room it wasn’t there which was fine, so I asked the man at the front desk and he said he’d get it right to our room. It never came. So I went downstairs and asked again, he apologized and said the crib was on another floor, but he noted our room number and said he’d get it Right up. Again, it never came and I saw the man outside smoking a cigarette so we just gave up and our child slept with us instead.

The air conditioning unit in our room was constantly leaking out of the bottom corner, so there was a huge wet spot I had to step in on my way to my side of the bed. I let the staff know, though.

The staff! Everyone was so lovely and friendly toward my children. We also loved the pool and the hot tub. It was the main reason we decided to stay!
