All the kids running up and down the hallways knocking on our door, the pulling of the fire alarm so early in the morning and same thing again the following nite

Everyone was friendly, good area for where I was visiting and lots of food options near by

walking on the 3rd floor the floor creaked and the carpet could use some cleaning or replacement. I lived in Rancho Cordova in the 80s and don't remember it ever being as cold as it was and built up.

Great place to stay, with the pool it gives a possibility to disconnect a little. Breakfast choices were great.

Carpet is kind of meh. It wasn’t what I thought it would be for $208+ and breakfast not great.

The staff was very nice and easy going. Bed & bathroom were clean. Fabulous air conditioner! Charging outlets very convenient near beds. Fridge and microwave good. noon ck out.

The beds could have been more comfortable. It was a little noisy but overall everything was pretty good. I think the price was a little high for the accommodations. But it was in a safe location that I felt secure staying in. I wasn’t a fan of breakfast.

I liked the ability to get a digital card. I liked that they emailed me to let me know they don’t check in past 12am since I wasn’t set to arrive until 1:30 am. The front desk was amazing though and told me if I was there by 1:30 am she would check me in. So i was very grateful and thankful for the amazing front desk worker. The beds were not as comfortable as i had hoped. But rooms were clean and modern. I liked that they had a microwave. So many rooms do not have them nowadays. I really liked that they allow pets. I am always traveling with my very well behaved dogs so it is great to find hotels that accommodate them. I also really liked beings able to choose my room ahead of time on the app.

The hotel ran out of towels, there was no fruit available and also cream for the coffee ran out.

The employee was very nice and helpful.

Hotels need to get rid of pillows that smell and they need to consider the overall smell and freshness of the building.

Everything was in need of refurbishing, but not terrible. The bed pillows needed to be replaced, odor. The building had an odor. But everything I needed was available, and the staff allowed me to remove the pillows from the room with no problem. Everyone was polite. Parking was always available and the breakfast was fine.

They were having some issue with the card readers at the pool, but I imagine that was temporary and will soon be fixed.

Unfortunately I don't remember the man's name (I could describe him well though), but I loved him. He was so personable and helpful, he made the stay just as much as the accommodations did.

We could hear all the noise from the floor above us. The hallways had a mildew smell. The countertops in room & bathroom were dirty.

Breakfast was excellent. Good location. The beds were comfortable.

I wish the room was a little more kid friendly. I was eating on the floor with my son as he is mobile and the furniture was too high.

The to-go boxes for breakfast. We had early mornings for our track meet.
