The room didn’t feel clean. Couple small blood stains on the curtain and the bed curtain. (Didn’t notice until we were leaving) Chairs and floors in rooms noticeably dirty. Rooms were right next to housekeeping room and it was loud. Breakfast didn’t have much of a selection. For $175 a night I expected better.

The staff was friendly. The location was good for what we needed.

It was loud because of the other guests. Slamming doors and loud yelling/talking in the halls. The doors need yo be better sealed.

Quick check in. There was a hockey tournament so lots of loud boys. But friendly staff and now major complaints

The gym was very small with a single treadmill. So it was hard to know if someone entering the gym wanted to use the treadmill or the bike or elliptical.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The lobby is well decorated and the kitchen area has drawing brings a smile to your face. Coffee and hot chocolate all day.

Location was great for us since we spend a lot of time in West Valley area, however, that particular area seems to be popular for drag racing around midnight- no fault of hotel or staff. Hair in shower upon arrival- other than that that, everything met or exceeded expectations.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. Lots of appealing choices for kids and adults and a menu that varies day-to-day so it's not just the same old same old. Staff was friendly, attentive, and accomodating.

Some pieces were older and you could tell. One of our lamps didn’t work and neither did the alarm clock but there are worse things to complain about.

Beds weren't very comfortable, too lumpy. Our refrigerator didn't work, which was a bummer because we stayed two days and really needed it. Our room was near the elevator so a little loud, but was ok.

It was inexpensive, clean and breakfast was included. What more can you ask for? If you stay here and want take out, there is an amazing Thai restaurant called Tuk Tuk about 7 miles away. Worth the drive (or delivery).

It was very noisy on Friday night with the bikers racing around until 2 or 3 am… Not the best location.

Good hotel in general, old furniture but in good conditions. I liked the decor in lobby. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausages, also yogurt and fruits.

The location is convenient to interstate and fast food but neighborhood is a little sketchy. We made sure all belongings were removed from the car and parked close to the front just to be on the safe side. All worked out fine.

The phone in our room didn't work, it rang and we would try to answer but couldn't hear anything. When checking out we thought that check out was noon because that's what it said on the phone in the room, but apparently it was actually eleven and we were told we had twenty minutes to get out of the room or we were gonna be charged for another half day. Plus when they were telling us this they did not have a good attitude. Very rude and felt disrespected. (You guys should think about adding microwaves)
