Breakfast was basic and majority prefabricated food. Cleaning of the room not daily but every other day. Price for parking 40$, bit expensive. It could’ve been a good idea to have an insulated jug of milk by the coffee area instead of those small prepacked milks which were a headache for some who does milky coffee 😅

The breakfast needs a bit more fresh items, eating prepackaged foods for bfast for a week is tough but we also understand that this is typical of a continental bfast. The only complaint we have is that one of the elevators jumps when it starts and when it stops and feels like it needs to be serviced - it made us a bit nervous riding in it and everyone riding with us made the same comments.

The location was great, like that there was coffee and complementary bfast as you are rushing out in the morning and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was nice and helpful.

The train runs right outside the hotel all night long. It's not the hotel's fault, but maybe consider bringing ear plugs or something.

The location can't be beat! The hotel is within walking distance of everything.

It was under construction, and it smelled like paint. Breakfast was not the same as other Hamptons I've stayed at, but I imagine it was because of the construction going on.

A lobby room was blocked off for construction. Breakfast room was somewhat dark. Layout of breakfast room was poor.

Check-in was easy and fast. The underground parking was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff let us check-out late.

Every time I took the elevator, I was scared as if I were on a ride. The breakfast menu is monotonous. I have to ask for cleaning a day in advance. The accommodation was too expensive because it was a conference period.

Nice location. We could walk to Little Italy, and it's safe to walk.

Lobby looks shabby and unappealing and the elevators need some work. Not informed about the construction or breakfast area.

The lobby is not very appealing and rather dull but the rooms are very nice. It would have been good to know about the construction of the lobby and temporary breakfast location. We have stayed several times and like the location.

Remodelling was still going on so many things seemed in the works but worst was that two people got in who weren’t staying there and I spotted them roaming the halls; hugely lacking security!

Great location, simple quick and friendly check in/out service. Wifi was decent and the bed was comfortable.

The "breakfast" was horrible..moldy bagels, watery reconstituted eggs, watered down juice, sour milk. Apples were good though 😆 Nothing on hotel site mentions the trains blowing their horns right out your hotel window all night!!

Well they were remodeling or doing some repair work. However that's understandable.

The location to places I wanted to go was excellent. The water front, boat tours, USS Midway & the train station. The restaurants was also in walking distance.

Desperately need two(2) waffle makers. Takes 2.30 to make a waffle. If you’re fourth in line and someone has to make three, well, it seems to take forever

Since the room is close to the light rail and train rail, th noise may affect sleep.
