The hotel charged my credit card another $278.02.!! I already pre-paid Booking.com for the 1 night stay. Please reconcile with the hotel. Otherwise , it was a great location, super nice staff, quality rooms. Thank you!!

There was only 1 thing i didnt like the AC unit was not working to well.

My family and I liked that they offered breakfast and also the location was 5 minutes from the beach and stores.

The receptionist guy at nite shift with hoody outfit. My family & I arrived around 10pm. I booked suite 2 queen beds with the sofa bed. However, he gave me regular 2 queen beds smaller size room without sofabed . I told him thats not the room I paid. He said with unprofessional manner that the hotel supposed not affiliate with booking.com and put the wrong picture :( He ended up giving me the room that I booked which was in fact bigger size with sofa bed. I hope Hilton has professional employees to handle his business with professional manner.

1. Bad smell: The room smelled like mold. 2. Noise: I heard noise of footstep from 2nd floor at 1a.m. which made me wake up. 3. Staff: Not friendly, but not rude. I guess that that was due to many visitors.

The location is close to beaches and the room was clean except smell.

We wished that there had been drawer space to unpack our bags.

The breakfast was generally very good, but if you came late they ran out of food. I understand that it is difficult to balance the waste and once we understood we had to come early we were fine, though it was then hard to find a table.

1) Room: A-We reserved double queen. The room worked for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids); however, it seemed very small. I would hate what it would be like with 4 adults. B- There was only one trash can in this room and to make matters worse it was a bathroom trashcan (meaning small) 2)Kitchen staff: Although they were amazing at keeping the place clean and stocked, they (more the ladys) seemed overbearing. 3)Updating timing: I used the laundry room; the hours said 6am- midnight, yet for some reason the doors locked around 9pm and won't unlock with key.

The number one thing I liked about this place was front desk staff. I personally watched one them (a young lady) take care of eight college kids who's keys had stop working, while taking a call from a guest who didn't seem happy. She took care of everyone and my little needs with a smile and no hesitation.

Breakfast room crowded, sometimes hard to find a place to sit.

Breakfast good. Omelettes are better than scrambled eggs. Sausage and waffles excellent choices. Bread for toasting is too big for toaster, and requires insertion two times to toast entire piece of bread. I used the laundry room to wash clothes. This was very convenience (right beside our room!), and was a significant improvement over having to go to a commercial laundromat.

Location when touring UC Santa Barbara and checking out the coastal dinner and downtown gelato. Both were very tasty
