Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Stateslack of communication , their elevator was not working and they had me booked on the fifth floor .The girl did work with me and move a guest that had not arrived yet around and gave me a first floor room .Thankfully I arrived earlier than planned or I may have been stuck on the fifth floor with a bag back and three heavy suitcases.If notified in advance , I may have opted to stay elsewhere. Please bring your vending machine and ice machines back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This property has had a recent remodel and looks great !!! I noticed the moment I arrived ! My guess it is also under new management !!! I noticed how clean everything was and the over all change in the staff ! As always the beds were comfy , the water pressure great and lots of channels on the tv .

United StatesLarger selection at breakfast. The A/c motor was very noisy, needs to be replaced. Electrical outlets in bathroom did not work, therefore drying hair in bedroom (no mirror). No liquid soap in shower dispenser.

United StatesRoom was a bit noisy in the morning due to heavy traffic nearby. Spoke to the front desk and housekeeping about the fact that the bottom sheet didn't fit the bed and each night all four corners of the sheet and mattress pad would pop off, leaving parts of our body on a bare hotel mattress. New sheets that fit the bed are needed! Housekeeping did bring a new bottom sheet, but it was just as bad. Front desk said I should notify corporate about this issue.
Clean hotel, nice free breakfast including scrambled eggs and breakfast meat. Nice, large accessible room with a tub and plenty of grab bars in the tub and by the toilet. Toilet had a reaised seat. The tub had a regular shower head, as well as a hand held shower head. Shower seat folds up neatly against the wall. Looked like the gym equipment was being replaced with new equipment while we were there.

United StatesThe breakfast was simples, all was good, but just 2 waffles machine. The line was so long 1 hour before the breakfast finish. I need wait 25 min in line to do my waffles :(. But the employee was very nice and tried to reposition for all .
