The Hampton Inn is in the middle of renovations, which was not noted on your (or their) website. After meeting with my client, I returned to my room to find my dog shaking like a leaf. Apparently, they had been jackhammering on the floor directly below my room. I don’t know for how long but I had to go to another hotel as the people at the front desk, although very understanding and nice, advised that they were unable to ask the workers to stop. There were blowers in the hallway and plastic all over the floors and the elevator (there was only one working) had holes in the tile.

The location is right off the highway and was convenient to my client and the event that I was attending.

The hotel is being remodeled and there is LOUD construction noises from 8 am-4 pm. Random maintenance men came in my room when I was by the pool even though I had a do not disturb sign out. The hotel should notify guests before check in about the construction noise. Our room was nice, hall was very hot and humid and stagnant. Breakfast variety was good however all hot food was empty at 8:45 am. It took 20 mins for the hot food to be replenished and it was replenished one item at a time.

The room was recently remodeled and very nice, on 5th floor. Breakfast variety was good.

There was no prior notice of the remodeling that was occurring. It was messy. Also the water was subject to being turned off after check out time and check in time. As we were only staying one night not a problem. However, for others not a pleasant experience.,

Construction going on from 8am till about 5 or 6pm. Water stopped working from 11am till 4pm. Now had I known in advance id of room steps into finding another hotel,but being down for 5 days an no notice during 4th of july week I'd have paid an arm an leg seeing it was so last minute. Would have been nice to have been informed before my stay through the website or via email from booking ahead of time. No microwave and fridge wouldn't keep anything inside cold.

SO SAD🥲 used to be our favorite hotel when we're in the area but everything has changed in the last couple years. Rooms are run down and dirty, no hot water in the rooms, front desk staff are rude and entitled and are more interested in continuing the personal conversations with co-workers than helping out guests.. the list goes on and on.

The walls of bedroom was very dirty, lots of scribbling on the walls.. the bathtub didn’t drain well.. carpet around the A/C unit was soaked with water and floor boards around that area was rotten.. maybe mold was there too ? The cost of the hotel room was not worth it !! Will not visit again !!!

The pool was closed. The room floor was stained up the mattress head disgusting marks all over the sides. The chair and the lounge chair has spots all over.

The breakfast items weren’t always refilled in a timely manner. The hotel was not as clean as expected. The pool was unexpectedly closed for most of my time there. They did provide access to another hotel pool which was 10-15 min away.

I was behind a couple upon check in, they where given waters explained about wi fi, breakfast, etc. The female questioned about the TV being in good working order and was told there would be no problem. My check in was not quite the same, I was not offered water was not given the same care and attention as the couple had gotten. Getting to my room I noticed that the same refrig was not working properly and I could not get a TV signal. Those problems were quickly fixed until I could not get on line. Front desk figured out that problem and everything else was fine for my remaining stay. Two days later I am charged by the hotel for the room I had paid for a month earlier. Got back in touch with hotel only to be told I was wrong and I could work it out myself.

No hot water to shower was the most annoying thing but then I noticed the bar of soap was open and used . So not being cleaned in between stays is unacceptable!
