We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was great having such a close location to the airport. We always count on Hampton for consistent quality and comfort. The pool was an added bonus.

United StatesSo many things went not as planned that trip that we couldn't do anything but laugh by the end of it. Nothing happened at the hotel or in the area that was so bad or dangerous that it's worth mentioning. We are very laid back and try to go with the flow. We embraced all the quirky moments we had and definitely won't forget our Bossier trip to see Reba. If we do come back, we would stay here again no doubt. You will be safe, comfortable, well-fed, and treated with respect.
Friendly staff. The front desk staff seemed younger/less experienced, but that's not their fault. Easy check in/check out and everyone was so polite. The rooms were really clean with very comfy beds and the AC unit worked like a charm!! There is a waffle house across the street for your late night snacks, but make sure to eat at hotel in the morning bc it was awesome! It is available alot later than most places too so you don't have to wake up at 7am to eat. I think we went around 9-9:30. They had a huge variety of food and juice options. The 2 ladies serving everyone were so nice and eager to help us. One made me a cinnamon roll waffle while the other was making us fresh sausage even though we told her it wasnt necessary. We had wayyy more than enough. Definitely glad she did though! I wanted seconds but there was nowhere to put it. Best hotel breakfast experience hands down.

United StatesThe mattress was really worn and needed replacing. The pillows were in a similar condition and were half the sized of car normal pillow. The shower heads also need to be replaced because half the water flow came out of the bottom spigot instead of the shower head thus reducing the water substantially. When I’m choosing a hotel just to sleep at night and then keep traveling, I don’t really expect much except for a comfortable bed and a good shower. I’m not expecting a resort or super high quality. Unfortunately I didn’t feel like it met the basic standards. And the price was high for the product.
The lobby was inviting and homey decorated for Christmas. The parking lot was well lit. the property overall “looked” up to par.

United StatesAppears the facility has been upgraded, which was good, however, the doors have been painted glossy black and the paint was coming off the doors in our room.....also, the bathroom doorknob could not be locked and had apparently been changed out with the replacement knob being smaller than the original, thus showing a doughnut of red then transitioning to black.
Everything was good except for notations below.
