The bed was horrible. The worst bed I’ve ever slept in. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. My back and body hurt every morning I woke up. My husband hurt as well. They should upgrade to pillow top mattresses.

We loved the whirlpool tub in our room! The tub was the main reason I booked this particular hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee every morning. The room was spacious and the fridge was good sized. The location was perfect for everywhere we were planning on going.

There was poor sound isolation in the rooms. You could hear everything going on in the hallway. There were big gaps between the door and the doorframe. Also, the towels had some yellow stains.

The price of the hotel was good and no extra fees. Also coffee and hot water are available all day in the lobby. The breakfast was adequate, but there was nothing to write home about.

Really not much not to like, maybe a little spiffing up outside to make it more inviting. The bed was on the firm side, my preference is softer, but it was still good.

Really friendly, professional staff. Clean room and bathroom. Good coffee, available at a coffee station in lobby. Nice self serve breakfast choices. We upgraded to jacuzzi tub, very relaxing after a long drive. Easy to get to off of Route 85.

Not much I could complain about. The omelettes were full of ingredients I didn’t care for. A plain omelette would have been nice. Smokers standing too close to the entrance and a guest running his diesel engine close to the entrance for hours were annoying. Lots of feral cats running around the parking lot.

Great area for walking dogs and it seemed well cared-for. Nice restaurant options and gas station / convenience store all very close at hand. Hotel accommodated my request for a first floor room. Clean, safe.

I really have no complaints. For the price, it was an excellent experience.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Sheets clean, room clean, etc.. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. My son liked the waffles. Coffee was good. It isn't the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton, but for the price, it was excellent.

The guest service representative who checked me in had attitude was awful she lack customer service skills, she kept trying to charge my card without even paying attention to notice that my stay was already paid in advance. She kept walking away from the front desk without even asking me any questions. Instead she came back to the counter saying it wouldn't take it lol. As I say to people you never know who people are when they visit and it costs nothing to smile and be nice, but then again it may cost a little energy to poke or put your lips back in from being stuck out and and to look straight with your eyes because rolling them all day can tend to make you dizzy; but overall everything and everyone else was pleasant :) but for future reference guest service are the first people of contact and should always be professional and appropriately dressed;) as well as follow the company's motto at all times.

The walls in our room were dirty and the furniture could use an upgrade. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The breakfast was good , I like having several options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathtub had a stain in it near the drain area. The room looked a little outdated.

The breakfast was good! Good cereal choices, great potatoes, and bacon. The breakfast area was neat and clean. The room smelled clean when we first checked in.
