I can't say much here. We had one issue but the staff acted quickly, resolved it, and made up for it. The air conditioner wasn't cooling properly. They moved us, upgraded our room, and had maintenance address the issue that was also happening in the new room. We couldn't have asked for a better handling of the situation.

The staff was the best part of this stay. They were friendly and helpful. I will stay here again simply because of the impression they left on me.

Couldn’t get in front door without key card to check in! The computer was down around 4:00 pm so there was a line waiting to get checked in! Cost of one night stay was high in my opinion for a week night!

The location was good for concert at the State Farm Arena.

The hotel is very close to the venues and was walkable which is great, but to no fault of their own, it did not feel safe to do so after dark.

The hotel was clean and felt very safe. I loved the gated parking lot with plenty of space. The staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast very much.

When we arrived, there was a dirty baby diaper in the trashcan and 1 washcloth was on the bathroom counter, along with the little soap having been opened - as if someone washed/dried their hands. Everything else was clean, though. I'm not sure why those few things were out of place, but it looked like someone had our room, then didn't? 🤔 very weird.

Breakfast & parking were included; Housekeeping only came if they were called; It was within walking distance to a lot of food/activities options.

There was one window that had a malfunctioning blackout window shade, so we couldn't completely close the shade. The room was not completely dark, which I need to get my best sleep.

The staff were all very welcoming. Breakfast was tasty. The location was perfect and in walking distance from good restaurants, attractions, and the State Farm Arena...we were in town for a basketball game.

It was a little confusing about parking and check in. If you park first and try to use the side door, you need a key to enter the hotel. The main entrance is from the street side not parking lot. Fortunately the gate was up and we could park and get a parking pass fairly quickly at check in.

This is a very convenient location to The Tabernacle and Ted's Bar and Grill, both within walking distance which was great. We were in town for a show at The Tabernacle and will book here again in the future.
