Pool was a little icky, betting that will come next in the remodel phase. The queen beds. Unless you slept smack in the middle of them, you felt like you were going to fall off. Wish the pillows were a little firmer.

Rooms were freshly remodeled as we're the main areas. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool area was obviously not cleaned from one day to the next as there was trash that had been left by others. A tile was floating in the hot tub and one day the hot tub was out of order. One of the hooks on the blackout drapes in our room was not attached properly. Asked for “stay over service“ and only received it one of the four nights we were there. didn’t really like the tub mats although some kind of nonslip surface is needed in the tubs.

The breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Also, the dining room facility was bright and airy. We appreciated the size as well. We’ve stayed in places where the dining area was very small with few tables. This is a nice sized pleasant eating area.

It was a holiday weekend and we arrived a little later than expected so there was no food near the hotel other than a convenience store. That isn't the hotel's fault though.

It was nice to stay at a hotel that was operating again and not using COVID as an excuse for mediocrity. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and professional.

The noise. You could hear kids screaming from 3-4 rooms away and the person upstairs paced with heavy, loud footsteps for hours starting at 5am. They were loud the night before as well.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Enough towels and the shower pressure was good.

I had requested a quiet room away from high traffic areas like pool, elevator, ice machine, etc. but was around corner from elevator and ice machine. Seemed they had a conference there. This was because I had surgery the next day. The night following my surgery the room directly above us had a party and was very noisy banging, dropping stuff repeatedly, and stomping with loud noises until midnight. I tried to call front desk 20 times before answering. Even when they said they would go up there it didn’t stop. When I checked out I told manager about this and my online request but she never adjusted my bill or even apologized. She didn’t seem shocked by night clerk not answering phone.

Clean throughout the interior and exterior. Our room was very nice. Comfortable beds and easy to access. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and easy to access.

An old and worn down hotel which is totally overpriced. The text on the site says it has been remodeled (but that’s a lie) and the pictures on the website are from when the hotel was built which was a long time ago. Stained sheets, stained and dirty floor, dust everywhere - it might have been cleaned the same time it was built. Never ever staying here again

I wasn't aware that this facility is an older facility as our room for a king size suite felt outdated. And we had to walk through the end inorder to access our rooms.

I loved the location and it is very accessible for me being I'm from out of state
