    The front desk person who checked us in was excellent, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good with a good balance of protein and carbohydrates available.

    Checking in was extremely difficult, the fridge in the room was dead, quality of toilet paper, quality of the breakfast items poor. Eggs were substandard. I had a half bagel for breakfast and coffee and left hungry.There was a crack in the bathroom sink.

    I wasn't told set the rooms where dog friendly in my room. Skunk like a dog the ice machines didn't work.

    9 am an employee came in our room my bad I didn’t use the extra lock. My wife and I were doing it and the employee stayed for a few minutes looking at us. A little strange

    This is a normal hotel, with normal breakfast and not rude staff. Why am I giving a poor rating? Yes, because in the 21st century, a hotel room for 200& a night should not smell like it did in the men's locker room when I played basketball at the university. Either the carpet is not cleaned after each guest (considering that everyone wears street shoes in the room) or the carpet has already soaked up smells that it can no longer be cleaned from a terrible smell. I tried to open the window to ventilate the room, but it doesn't seem to be possible. Never again will I rent a hotel with carpet in the room.

    The place is just dirty, the hallway carpets are sticky and smell. The rooms smelled of smoke, carpet was sticky. The AC unit pumped out humid cold air… the beds were worn out and uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty

    terrible service. staff would not listen. lied to me about being able to give me a receipt, telling me they can’t give me one, which is nonsense. tried to help them get their crap together but they would not listen at all. called, emailed, called customer service. nobody cared even a little bit. I’m done. will never stay at Hampton again.

    The beds were extremely uncomfortable!!!! The A/C made a terrible noise. No vent fan in bathroom.

    Room was big. Fridge and microwave worked. Coffee was good.

    there were three large trash bags and a vacuum outside our door left by cleaning staff. also internet connection did not work. i asked the front desk but they were not able to help breakfast did not include yogurt or fruit. coffee urns in hall were working

    The general facility could have been cleaner and a little more up-to-date. Not quite up to Hampton / Hilton standards.

    The location was convenient - just off I-95 exit - since I was traveling through.

    The hotel looks underwhelming compared to other Hampton Inn locations I’ve been to. The lobby is nicely kept up and elevators work well. The room wasn’t worth the money spent though. I requested a king sized bed and got that, but they used flat sheets on the whole bed so all night we had to keep tucking them back in as they shifted. No fitted sheets were over the mattress and as a hotel no guest wants to lie down on the actual mattress that thousands of other people have been on. That’s the point of sheets and the linens weren’t correct to provide that level of sanitation. Furthermore the mattress was hard as a rock. It had zero give so it felt like sleeping on wood slats. Very uncomfortable, especially for travelers who need to get up and continue on their trips. Also the shower pressure was nonexistent. The water dribbled out of the shower head and it took running our hair under the bathroom sink to get the shampoo out. I’m not sure what happened here. Hampton has always been my go to place to stay, but this was a complete disaster.

    I liked that it was close to the highway and breakfast was decent.
