Room was clean and spacious. Had a great view of the Tincaps stadium and was lucky enough to be on the same floor as rooftop bar in case I was interested in a quick drink. Will definitely stay here again soon.

There was no options for someone with allergies. I asked if the eggs came without cheese and they said no, waffles, cereal all had dairy. I had to go out to get something to eat

I expected free parking, so it wasn't cheap although it was $8 a day max and $15 to enter and leave when paid in advance. Free wifi was slow. My son needed to conduct a Zoom meeting with his professor and had difficulty downloading information. Since the use wasn't for work, he couldn't justify the cost of high-speed internet.

The breakfast included was abundant, a step above the usual continental breakfast. Coffee and hot water was available 24x7 in the lobby. Nice lobby where you could meet people. The hotel was centrally located and close to downtown restaurants a short walk away. There was a "burger bar," restaurant and bar conveniently located right next to the hotel premises.

Parking in a local garage wasn't ideal, but it was adequate. It was not difficult to use and is convenient for walking to and from the hotel.

Great hotel. Everything was very nice. Very comfortable. Extremely quiet. Great walk-in shower. Loved the soap and lotion. Shampoo and conditioner weren't the type for my hair but smelled wonderful. All the Staff we encountered were very friendly. Gave us helpful information on restaurants. Will recommend this location to anyone going to Ft. Wayne.

Breakfast was to be served until 10:00. When we got there at 9:25, most everything was empty. They did make more coffee. Several arrived after we did, expecting breakfast. Unfortunately, it’s the last thing visitors remember. I did get a piece of toast and jelly. 😊

Wish they had soft drink machines available. Very limited drinks at the front desk. The walk from the garage was not real pleasant but I understand the limited space available in the city.

The is no signage telling you where to enter the hotel, we walked right by it and had to look all around.

Beautiful space. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion in the large dispensers as to not waste with the little plastic ones. Breakfast was also wonderful.

Access to the hotel is very confusing. You have no on site parking. Breakfast was disappointing. At 8am a few main items were empty : orange juice, waffle batter & bread. The potatoes weren’t done and were sticking to the bottom of the pan. The light in the bathroom went out. A step in the corner of the shower would be helpful for ladies to shave their legs.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel lobby was inviting and decorated for Christmas. The hotel is next to the ball field and theatre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all had wonderful smiles.

The hotel was very close to the Embassy theatre and the TinCaps’ baseball stadium. It was close to food and had a beautiful courtyard to sit in. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was super friendly. It was also only about a 10 minute drive to the amazing Ft. Wayne Children’s Zoo!

They need to clean their irons. First one was burnt and dirty on bottom, requested a new one and it was worse than the first one. So we covered our clothes with a towel to iron so our clothes wouldn’t get stained.
