Room 409, our room had 3 of the 4 drawers broken in credenza. Other than that it was clean and efficient.

The pool and hot tub situation was the main issue during our stay. We were looking forward to a pool and hot tub as a large part of our hotel experience. The kiddie pool was down (filtration off, cloudy) the whole time. The hot tub was colder than the pool for the first half of the stay but they got that figure out eventually and it warmed up but was cloudy and didn’t clear up. The main pool was good the first day but the second day it was drained down quite a bit below the skimmers and the filtration was off so it got cloudy and sketchy and never cleared back up during our stay. We would have liked to enjoy the pool more.

Great location. Friendly staff. Everything was super clean and the breakfast was really good lots of options and all well stocked. Nice pool side bar with friendly staff. The room was nice. Overall a nice hotel.

The bed was so hard, most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in! Stayed on the second floor and it was very hot in the hallway. The shower head was mounted extremely high and there was hardly any water pressure.

PLEASE please mark the EV charging spaces as reserved for EV's. The long cord got me around a few regular cars parked there from time to time, but the spaces weren't designated by parking space paint or posted signs.

Good breakfast, nice pool area, great walkability to an uncrowded beach, also walkable to the water park. Great, friendly free shuttle around the island (great unexpected perk!), and LOVED the free EV chargers.

Decorated the same as other Hampton Inn hotels...not much of a beach vibe.

The rooms were well appointed, breakfast was good and LOVED the toddler pool for our little ones.

Pool had to much chlorine, insects in the room on 4th floor killed 3 roaches in two days. Do you think it’s because we are on the beach?

Maybe I missed the part about the steep incline of stairs to the beach. Too much for us and the kids. We packed the car and used the public beach. I choose this motel because it was on the beach. The rooms need to be updated. Bad smells, broken shelves in refrigerator, sticky carpet. I believe the staff did the best they could cleaning.  Update maintenance of the elevator.

The only thing I didn't like was the low water pressure in the shower.

Our balcony had the view of the pool which we liked. We loved that the hotel had its own boardwalk to the beach, and was very easily accessible. The views on the boardwalk before you get to the beach are beautiful. I LOVED that I could bring my dog because I don't go anywhere without her. I loved that there was a decent amount of grass around the hotel to walk my dog, and there was even a park with a walking path and picnic tables right next door. You can never go wrong with with free breakfast in the morning, and free coffee all day long. Oh, there was even a bar that served drinks and food like hamburgers, chicken strips, ect.

The couch that lets out into a bed.

The breakfast was excellent. Check-in was excellent. The beach was beautiful but excess for handicap was almost impossible. The steps are difficult for older people with heat issues as myself. The room was good except the mattress on the couch that lets out into a bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced since it was very old. Overall we had a great time and Jeykll Island is very well maintained and clean. The hotel staff is to be commended for their helpfulness and friendlyness.

We have stayed at this place before and it was wonderful but in July the bugs were insane despite bug spray we all left covered in bites the heat and humidity was a lot to take. We had a much better time in the spring.

Hotel was nice very pet friendly and clean. Some staff were above and beyond a few you could tell don't enjoy their jobs.

The Internet didn't have good quality. It kept login out, and logging back in. Very slow. Other than that, my family and I had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
