The cost of the hotel was way too expensive!!

I wouldn't say I liked or disliked anything. A hampton inn hotel that was very overpriced!!

the beds are *awful* and I mean terrible. they stuck us on a floor that was occupied by child sized soccer players and their families. they were *loud* and rude, the yelling and screaming started at 6 am. these teams should be cloistered on their own floors, so as not to impede the stay of other, normal guests who would like to sleep past 6am or go to bed before midnight. it’s becoming so obnoxious to stay at hotel chains that cater to these teams.

I took my blouse out of the closet and it had a roach on it.

I did NOT eat, as I departed early. NO one at the desk to ask for a receipt after standing there almost 10 minutes.

Found out entire hotel is pet friendly! I am allergic to dogs and was wondering why I was having a reaction maybe you should just have certain rooms in the hotel where dogs stay with their owners! Very disappointed with this policy. Also the swimming pool was closed during our entire visit

Staff was basic, no friendliness. Elevator didn't work. Pool wasn't working. Carpet smelled and dirtly, especially in elevator that did work. Even asking for coffee because it was empty, she had an attitude.

This hotel is in need of a good cleaning and updating. Our room was dirty, the coffee pot had a used coffee pod in it. We had ants in the bathroom. The toilet ran sporadically and the faucet dripped. We paid ALOT of money ($179) a night for a poor property. The paint was chipping in our room and the furniture was so scratched and filled in with what looked like a marker. This property needs a lot of attention.

my reservation was for for 2 beds but they said booking .com over booked their hotel and they only had 1 king bed so 1 guest had to sleep on the couch. it was over priced.

the hotel was not clean the lobby had trash piled up floor had not been vacuumed in elevator housekeeping did not speak English needed help and had a question. I was just surprised cause of Hilton standards.

The people at the desk were nice greeted me and gave me a room didn't have to wait.

The complementary coffee in the lobby was room temp. The breakfasts need updating and improving. Either provide fewer, better quality options or just better quality options. People will pay more for a hotel room knowing the included breakfast is worth eating. If I forego an included breakfast and go find something outside the hotel, I'd rather choose a hotel slightly cheaper without a breakfast option.

cleanliness of room, I had to sanitize myself. Was shocked of the dirt I wiped of headboard. Tables, chair, tub, light switches, luggage rack, hair on sheet,!!!!! My DUEVET cover was dirty, gave it to housekeeper and she said there was no more. 3rd day asked for housekeeper services, she didn't clean bathroom. Vacuum, bed pillows had body print, didn't make bed. I used over half large pak of lysol wipes to sanitize. We were exhausted from traveling 3,000 miles to attend family FUNERAL This HOTEL was our go to but will NOT BE BACK AGAIN. I HAVE PICTURES THAT IM SENDING OUT TO SOCIAL MEDIA

There was trash from previous guests in my room. I also reported a plumbing problem in the morning and when I returned many hours later it was still not resolved.

The location was great. Ryan worked the front desk at check in and was very kind and attentive.

AC was extremely noisy. Room nextdoor door was jammed and every time they tried to open it it was extremely noisy. Then they rented the room again without fixing it.

Close to everything. Setting was at an outdoor mall. Parkway is right there for easy travel across town.

No restaurant. Cold box bkfst only. Nothing more. Very disappointed for the price. Not worth $175 per night. Stuck with no vehicle for 10 days. No restaurant or even McDonalds within walking distance. Red Roof Inn would have been better, even with cockroaches

Great location, near shopping, good restaurants, and movie theater (that are all within walking distance). Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.
