We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very clean, air conditioning was great, haven’t had very good experience lately with other hotels so we were very happy about this. Staff was very pleasant, breakfast had good variety.

United StatesThe front desk staff in the afternoon and early morning were not very engaging or helpful. It seemed that the women working in the later afternoon were unable to make a decision about our issue with the refrigerator, leaving it entirely up to the maintenance man to deal with. It was frustrating and I was made to feel like I was making an unusual demand to have a working refrigerator in our room.
Overall, this property was well-located and clean. There is a small pool, though we did not use it. The dining space for breakfast or hanging out is of a pretty good size. We only had coffee, but there appeared to be a variety of breakfast foods available. The maintenance man, Scott, took care of a problem with our refrigerator. The unit in the room was barely cold at all and he swapped it out for a different one which apparently wasn't working at all. After some wrangling with the front desk staff, Scott brought in yet another unit that worked fine throughout our week-long stay.
