How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

i really disliked the paper plates and paper cups for breakfast
i really liked the big room with the big windows where i could see the sunrise every morning! also, the bed was extremely comfortable and huge! there's a washing machine and a dryer available :)

Shower could be a little wider (bumping your elbows when scrubbing is not ideal) and had to wait a while for the hot water, but I think that was just because we were on the top floor.
Comfortable, clean, safe, decent breakfast, fair price, decent shower, and they put your name on the TV to welcome you 🙂

Possibly another waste basket/bin outside of the toilet area, in the vanity area. No issue with anything else.
Everything at this Hampton Inn was up to par. The staff at the front desk was friendly, always visible and eager to assist. The breakfast area was clean and constantly replenished. The size of the room was adequate for my family and I, in terms of space, cleanliness, temperature and noise level. We were on the 4th floor, but the elevators worked well and at no time did we have to wait for a long time to go up or down. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Additionally, the proximity to the theme parks was also a bonus.

Bit noisy as it is close to the main road. It doesn't have a nice view to look out.
The location and the hotel is clean. The breakfast was reasonable but too crowded. Parking is available.

Really everything was great, the only complaint I can think of is that they do not offer flavored creamer for the coffee! This is a minor detail, of course, but its the only thing that comes to mind.
Room was very large and comfortable! The breakfast had a good selection of foods to satisfy everyone.

Nothing I would improve, although depending on which street you are coming from, you might miss the car entrance to the hotel, we had to drive around once before being able to enter, so perhaps better signs or more visibility would be nice
Great facilities and staff. Easy check-in experience even arriving late night well after our expected entry. The breakfast is quite nice and very well equipped, even with Mickey and Minnie waffle makers which kids were going crazy over. Very delicious spread included in the price. Room was quiet and comfortable and beds were great. There is a small pool available as well which is quiet and enjoyable most of the time.

the location was a little weird with the rundown golf course and other building close by. We don't care for some of the stores//places we passed by coming in.
