If you have someone in a room next to you you can hear them through the door. You can hear the highway since it’s right next to it but some ear plugs fix that. The breakfast bar was very crowded on Sunday, mostly the make your own waffle area had a line. They could solve that by offering some extra waffles that are already made. A large family with several kids decided to go elsewhere for breakfast because of the line. There was no line on any other day, specially early. They have a few tables outside. It would be nice if they added a couple more.

The hotel was nice and clean. We liked that unlike other hotels it is serving breakfast. Every day they serve scrambled eggs or a little omelette with cheese. With the eggs they serve either sausage, sausage links, one out if 5 days they had bacon. They have make your own waffle, cereal, oatmeal, bagel, toast or raisin bread and a couple different juices and bananas and apples. They offer 3 kinds of cereal. It would be nice if one kind was gluten free for people with allergies. Overall the hotel was a good value also with a nice pool and hot tub that are open. 4 of us stayed in a double queen. The room felt a little tight but overall good value with breakfast for the money.

The lobby was a bit warm.

The hotel was super clean. The staff was very helpful. It is in a great location with beautiful views of the mountains! We appreciated the guest laundry facilities! Breakfast was great too!

There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher. And we found food on the floor.

It was perfect size for all the kids we had and it had a kitchen which is always nice to avoid eating out. The front desk was amazing. He helped me get checked in when they couldn't locate my reservation.

Woman on duty at front desk during the morning of Friday, 3/15/2024 gossipped and complained to another staff member about her job and family life. It was depressing/annoying to hear all that while eating breakfast nearby.

Room size, shower nozzle, places to set things down. Get rid of the armoire, it’s pretty useless. He flood lights that aim straight to your window. One window was unlocked and slightly open and was hard to get closed. Cleaning staff would just let doors slam against lock. Dog next door that barked at everything ( thought they had their own hallway).

Breakfast was good on one of the days. The juices were flavorless. I had one of the workers taste it, she thought the same.

Room was not clean or stocked with necessity like toliet paper. I had difficulty with payment/s charged wrong card because staff didn't know how to charge 2 cards for the stay. Unfriendly staff.

light in bathroom went out last morning while trying to get ready. carpet had holes in where it was separating. toilet paper holder fell off wall. needs serious maintenance.

Breakast not up to rate you pay per night. Bananas blackened spots..needed more low carb options. Boiled eggs, greek yogurts..sugar free cold cereals. And gluten free options. We have type1 diabetics and a gluten allergy so bkfast was tricky. I requested 1st floor ...my request was granted online but when we arrived we were told the "hotel" was completely full. Being alone with 2 kids on 4th floor was a tad tricky loading and unloading etc.

Exercise room and pool were nice. Tea /coffee/cocoa 24hr bar was nice.

Rooms are very outdated and could be cleaner. The bed breaking and collapsing in our first room immediately when we arrived shows how old the beds and rooms are.

We paid to be upgraded to a bigger room. The first room we were put in the bed broke, literally collapsed onto the floor. The room was too small anyways. We liked the bigger room we were put in with the kitchen and separate bedroom.

our room was on 4th floor next to a major freeway. it was so noisy we had to wear ear plugs and it did not completely block out the noise. not restful at all. there were other rooms not facing the freeway you should advise customers in advance about the noise so they have a choice not fair to give some a comfortable night when we paid the same price.

The room was filthy. I found black hair on the bed sheets and around the bathroom. The desk chair in the room was broken. There was quite a bit of hair floating in the pool.

The front desk staff was very friendly.

The staff was very understanding and helpful when I needed more bath towels and such.
