I did not like paying $70 extra to park the car for the 2 nights we were there. Also no drink machines and they charged $4 per bottle of water. Definitely do not feel valued as a customer.

Was a nice hotel, nice staff and good breakfast selection on the free buffet. A little hike to the metro, but doable.

Very close to Reagan Airport with convenient shuttle. Lots of food choices nearby and an adequate breakfast at hotel. We just needed a room for the night before our next flight. Clean and comfortable but bedding was a bit hot.

The staff was not very friendly and definitely not personable at all. I didn't like the high price of the parking garage but it was in D.C. so I was grateful to have parking.

the facility would pick up phone and hang up and could never use the supposed shuttle services. When I asked about it -I got a lame excuse of a power outage.

The marble floor in the lobby was extremely slippery and dangerous. The complementary breakfast was adequate, but not great.

If I may say that the rooms should have a small round table and a couple of desk chairs that if you take out food and bring it to your room you have a place to eat for a family of 3 or 4 in a 2 queen bed room. The Parking space is the downfall, too small the parking space lines are so tight and why do we have to pay for parking if we are already a guest in the hotel???

The water pressure was absolutely horrible and this is for the sink and the tub/shower. The plug in the bathtub did not work and so my five-year-old could not take a bath. The parking garage was abysmal. Almost all of the parking spaces are for compact cars. And the few regular parking spaces that were there, were saved for vans or special parties for the hotel. We drive a medium size SUV, and could barely, barely fit it into a normal parking space.

The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location for sightseeing in DC. I like how it was only a block away from the Metro. Also, the breakfast they offered each morning was pretty good.

There was confusion at check in. I had booked a King Suite with sofa bed through booking.com and when I got to the room, it was a King Suite with no sofa bed.....small room. When I asked they said this was the kind of room they always used when it is a booking.com reservation. Booking.com needs to communicate better with the hotel so the rooms they do have are represented clearly. The room we had was fine but much more cramped for me and my granddaughter than the one I had reserved.

Everything was good. The location was excellent.
