    Beautiful hotel! We loved everything about it except the bed mattress was hard. If they updated their mattresses, it would be a perfect 10!

    It was a little expensive. I thought the suite was more like 2 rooms. A little separation between the beds and couch area. It wasn't. It was just one big area. Not what I was looking for but otherwise it was nice

    It was pretty clean and quiet. I think we were the loud ones. The staff was nice.

    Everything was great!

    The staff was amazingly kind and helpful! Robert made sure I was in the right room, where it was quiet so I could work and get some sleep. Wanda helped me find my car keys when I lost them. Everyone was amazing!

    My only complaint was the noise level. Very loud up above our room.

    Overall nice hotel. Friendly staff. Room was very spacious and clean. Location was convenient. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

    We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. We also really liked the breakfast and that it closes at 10:00 not 9:00 like most places

    The guests staying above us had excessively loud music at 10:30pm and we had to be up at 5am.

    I loved how welcoming Roger made me feel during the check in process! SUPER friendly!

    This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn Rogers. Both times, friendly staff at the front desk, breakfast area, and housekeeping. Everything is clean and convenient. Exactly what you’re looking for when staying a night away!

    What they charged me. Sent a message as it was different from what Booking.com said I would be charged and they have not responded.

    Through no fault of Hampton Inn or their staff, Minnesota was having an unprecedented heat wave. Therefore, the AC could not cool the room sufficiently at night. Again, I feel this isn't due to negligence of the staff but weather related which they cannot control.

    Good value, ease of checking in, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff, good location, good breakfast.

    During my stay I can’t think of anything I wanted that wasn’t provided if I had to ask.

    During my stay, they had a good selection of breakfast item, there was plenty of all items. The coffee was hot. The people working were more than willing to help when ever it was needed.

    We arrived to a dirty room, after checking in at the front desk we got our keys and when we opened the door it was stink, trash, bedding sheets dirty with blood. Frustrating to arrive to that and had to turn around with my family back to the front desk and request another room.

    The size of the suite it was very spacious.

    1). When we arrived at one of our rooms, there was pizza, a milk bottle and something else still in the fridge. There was some rust color around the bathroom sink as if it hadn’t been thoroughly sprayed well and cleaned. My husband went downstairs and told the manager Kayla? and the kid at front desk. They said there wasn’t anything they could do because we booked through Booking.com. Ultimately we ended up paying the same price if we had booked directly over the phone at $249 plus tax = $267.13, plus 2 rooms with a $75 per fee per room and $50 charged twice for what reason?? Hampton Inn is responsible for their cleaning. A maid should have been called and at least some form of compensation to us who have Hilton honors and travel a lot. The beds are not very comfortable and the pillows are way too soft. Not a good night sleep either! Staybridge has much better beds. 2). We just paid $800 for a one night stay!!! Absolutely outrageous! Especially with an unclean room and poor customer service! We will never stay at an overpriced Hampton again and will make sure to tell all of our fellow traveling co-workers to not stay there either.

    I liked that we had connecting rooms. Room 118 was really big, which was nice. The breakfast muffins were good and so was the coffee.

    Beds are VERY hard and uncomfortable, temp in the building was freezing. Bathroom barn door is silly.

    Breakfast ok, location fine. Staff cheerful and friendly.
