Room wasn't as clean as it could have been. Homeless/vagrants in the parking lot made us question safety/security

The toilet in the room didn't refill to flush. We booked through Booking.com and our confirmation showed a king bed. The room we were sent to had 2 queen beds. The lady at the front said she couldn't change the reservation. When we went back to tell her that the toilet wasn't working, she moved us to another room - still with 2 queen beds instead of a king bed. It seemed like if the cost was the same and we were moved to a different room, why not put us in a room with a king bed? We showed her our copy of the reservation which said king bed.

The breakfast was great! Although they didn't serve oatmeal, which was listed as a breakfast item on the website. The bed was very comfortable.

Because everyone is dealing with difficulties hiring people, the hotel didn’t have cleaning service every day. That meant there was only one day of linens changed, and there weren’t updates to our coffee service in the room during a three day stay.

The bathroom sink didn't drain well. The ice machine on our floor was not working. Duvet covers on bed were very lumpy. The air conditioner did not cool well.

Great location for us to get to the things we had planned. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably clean. Wifi was easy to access.

The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. The morning clerk seemed annoyed with us and put out that we needed a ride to the airport.

Close to the airport, airport shuttle, and ability to leave car until I returned.

The young lady that works, the evening shift has a very bag disposition, and I'm putting that in a nice professional way. I really wanted to cancel my stay and go somewhere else, but no other hotels available in the area. I did get a chance to talk with the General Manager and he took real good care for the encounter that I had. Great customer service his behalf.

Rooms too small.

The pictures are very deceiving. Rooms are very small and it is right next to the highway. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

The lights on the outdoor pool were out. It was scary with my 3 year old, so we left.... but it was also bedtime. It worked out fine.

The beds are super comfy! I've been traveling with my littles this summer, so we need comfy beds and rooms with amenities. There was a fridge, microwave, and Kuerig in room! And it might be the best hotel shower ever. Bathing kids at hotels can be scary when the tubs aren't cleaned well. The free breakfast was also a big hit!

Difficulty with vending machine.

Large room with very comfy bed, clean and nicely decorated. Cookies were still available at check in late into the evening. Very pleasant on the phone when we called with questions prior to arrival.

This hotel is WAY too close to the highway. All you can hear is the whoosh of cars flying by.

The pool was nice and cool after traveling in the 100°+ heat. Fresh cookies at the front desk was a great touch

Internet service was slow which was only a problem because my phone only works through internet several calls were dropped . No pool but the manager was addressing several issues and on top of things it was being filled and expected to be up and running shortly after our check out.

The staff was amazing the price was super affordable the airport shuttle was an added bonus.
