Toilet was wobbly. Staff told us check out was 11am, but looking over my paperwork it was supposed to be noon. The baseboards were very dirty, the bed skirts were very dirty (only noticed when I looked for something that fell on the floor). The shower shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were empty.

Great hotel to stay a visit to Boston. The commuter train is 7 minutes away by car, and then it’s 25 minutes to North Station in Boston. Very clean, quiet and comfortable

The area around the hotel has quite a bit of traffic, so it makes things difficult to drive around.

This hotel is close enough to downtown Boston to be able to drive in without issue but far enough to not worry about too much busyness. Located in Woburn, there are plenty of restaurants and businesses around to grab a meal or do some quick shopping. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are decently maintained and quiet.

Breakfast choices were the same 3 out of 4 days. Would like more options. Plain scrambled eggs was better than the egg fritatas. No cheese. Potatoes were running out by 9 am and none was brought out in the last hour. Should keep food available until 10 am if those are the hours.

Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Plowed on snow day. Great location to Boston, Salem, and Concord. We also went to Plymouth Rock and Cape Cod (Nauset lighthouse) and those were also within 2 to 2.5 hrs drive depending on traffic.

The only negative aspect that I observed and for which I do not grant the highest rating is breakfast. For the three days, the breakfast was exactly the same. The only thing that varied was the ham and the sausage. There was no variety in the buffet.

The only issue was that it was SO quiet that we could hear the flushing of the toilet from the rooms surrounding us. It would be nice to have a fan that you can turn on for some white noise. Not a dealbreaker just a suggestion. The bathroom could use an exhaust fan with a little noise as well. :)

Everything was as expected, which is why we like booking at Hampton Inns, they are consistent and offer good value. Room was nice, quiet and spacious. Elevators were quick.

There seemed to be some maintenance issues in the pool area. There isn't a locker room, and the pool itself is heated but not particularly warm.

Updated, comfortable rooms with easy digital check in/out. Better than expected for the price! The location isn't exciting, but it is convenient if you work for a local company on 128. Breakfast was simple and fit the bill exactly.

They clean the bedroom each other day. So if you have 2 days stay, you won’t have your room cleaned. But they can provide any change you need, you just need to request.

I have nothing that I didn't like about my stay. well I could not see the sunrise or sunset from my room. How selfish is that. maybe a suggestion box or board for the guest to make request for breakfast.

The Breakfast was great for me and there was fresh cut fruit the first day but none the next day but that ok because it was like a treat and there was fruit in a basket. there much to choose from, waffles, oatmeal with nuts and dried fruit, bagels cream cheese, I personally made myself a breakfast sandwich with the sausage patties and the western omelets. and there was yogurts.
