Breakfast situation could have been better

I didn't really have any issues.

The amenities were outstanding! The location was great for the cost. Only about 20 minutes to the city and free parking and breakfast. I have to young children and it was so good to spend the day in the city and come back in the afternoon for a rest and swim. Would stay here again for sure.

The carpet in the room was very stained. They should replace it with the hard flooring they have inside the room door

While we booked a room that includes breakfast, we have hardly eaten it. The biggest reason is your main dish, which is the eggs. I love eggs in the morning and these eggs, while they look fun and thought out in their cheese/omelette shape, they don’t taste good and I’m sorry, they taste fake and processed. If you could just offer a simple, straightforward, scrambled eggs, that would be amazing! What you serve now as breakfast, I’m sorry, but I avoid it and go out to eat. Lastly, I HATE that paper plates and plastic cutlery is used for the breakfast, though I understand the reason (hold over post covid), but I would hope that as soon as restrictions lift, doing whatever possible to stop an eternal picnic service for an ongoing breakfast, and return to real dishes/cutlery, it would make the meal feel at least, "real".

Most of the breakfast offerings are very nice and standard. Location for what we needed, was just fine.

I have stayed here multiple times using the train to get into North Boston. Easy access, parking, safe, didn't have to take a car into Boston or Cambridge. The other isn't anything special but you can access food and grocery stores and get on your way to Maine or other areas in MA quickly

We ordered pizza delivered and included the 18% tip in the charge. Husband was waiting in the lobby, got the pizza and turned to walk away when the Desk clerk said “What, no tip!” Delivery drive said I guess not. First off it wasn’t the desk clerk’s business to ask.

A better quality hairdryer would be appreciated.

The room was spacious for 2 people and had 2 Queen sized beds. We didn’t use the pool or gym but they were added bonuses. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel changed up the offered menu items every day so we didn’t get bored with the same food for the 3 mornings we ate there. There were 2 restaurants (Chick Fil-A and 110 Grill) pretty much on the property that were both quite good. The bathroom kit of Shampoo, Conditioner, Soaps and Body Lotion were of good quality. The in-room safe, Coffeemaker, small fridge and microwave were a pleasant surprise and came in handy. The bed linens and towels were of very good quality as well. We enjoyed our 3 day weekend stay very much. There were lots of power outlets to recharge all of our devices. The black out curtain did an excellent job keeping our room dark. The bathroom was very spacious and there were very convenient hooks on the walls both in the bathroom and in the hallway which most hotels fail to provide. Note that there was no bathtub, however the shower stall was spacious with a wall mounted shower head as well as a hand held one, plus an optional foldable shower stool.

The property was well maintained. Across the parking lot was a Chick Fila. There was plenty of parking. The lobby was spacious. Staff was super friendly.

I think the bed should be located in such a way that the TV is directly opposite. Our TV was located in such a way that we had to turn our heads from the bed inorder to see the TV.

Not a huge deal but when we arrived in the room there was a pink washcloth in the sink. It wasn't too dirty but it was just out of place.

The accommodations were very attractive and comfortable. The desk clerk was very personable and welcoming. Check-in was super easy.

Breakfast was great offered way more than your typical included breakfast. The pool was clean and enjoyable for the kids. Rooms were very clean !
