Bathroom could use a fresh coat of paint, (my husband is a Painter by trade, we notice this often). Water pressure is great and water gets hot quick, tub & toilet were very clean! Overall, date of the the lodge has been well maintained.

Room was clean and comfortable. Sweet and Simple for a small family overnight stay (7yo&2yo), they enjoyed the views and experience too. There are snack and drink vending machines around the facility that turned out to be a fun treat or snack later at night. Views from the room are gorgeous, especially at sunrise on the balcony, with the boats leaving the harbor and a complimentary cup of coffee. The seals bark like dogs, but was a pleasant reminder your at the coast. The walking trails (which does lead down to the beach area) and courtyard full of flowers are perfect for photos or just to enjoy the scenery.

The knob in the shower was a bit messed up. People upstairs walked very noisily. Sounded like elephants were upstairs.

The wifi was not great, but we weren't using it much as we were out and about. Still able to get cell service.

No breakfast but all the free coffee and tea you need. Close to lots of places in town for breakfast/lunch. Short drive to Glass Beach and the Botanical Gardens. Our room was not a harbor view, but still had a balcony which was nice.

The location was a bit away from restaurants and coffee shops. The check-in male staff was a bit sassy but other staff were very nice.

Booked a room online said it had a view but the view was a staircase and other people's balconies.

Tim checked us in who was pleasant and funny. The room was large. Carpet was clean and or new which I liked. Bathroom was very spacious. We could hear the sea lions at night and early in the morning.

The staff was great. Check-in was easy. Parking was convenient. The views from the room were splendid and we got to hear sea lions barking along the Noyo River. We slept peacefully and woke up yearning for adventure. We really enjoyed exploring along N Harbor Drive and all the dining opportunities there. We look forward to visiting again,

Good location, clean room with all the basic amenities. It was no-frills, but we weren't looking for frills – just a clean place to sleep in with a comfortable bed! The front desk person was extremely friendly and very helpful, and accommodated our quite late check-in.

Walls were a little thin with hearing neighbors. It also made me self aware of whether tv was too loud or not. My coffee maker wasn't functioning properly, but they had a whole coffee bar available in the office not that far from the room! The only thing that would have made this the absolute best, would have been a soaking tub. I still took a tub but a bigger one would have made it better than Disneyland.

I love the carpet! It was so soft and felt like a bedroom rather than that thin wall paper like carpet hotels are notorious for. I also loved the covered balcony with the view! The little fire place was a big amenity I was looking for when I booked! I LOVED IT!

We didn't look into it very well, but during out mid week stay, all of the restaurants were closed. Monday - Wednesday virtually everything in the Noyo Harbor is closed. SeaPal was delicious, and open during our stay.

The hotel is located right on the harbor, with a wonderful little trail that leads down to several delicious restaurants. It is active, and interesting to watch the boats and animals from your balcony. The trail also leads down to a beach that was fairly quiet during our stay. You can catch an amazing sunset from the beach, and the foghorns nearby add an extra ambiance. Vivid colors paint the landscape from the varying types of succulents and flowers. Beautiful area.

The room was not cleaned daily during our stay. We could hear the person above our room stomping everyday from 4-6am. I am a light sleeper so I had a hard time sleeping.

The room is very spacious with a nice view of the river. There is a microwave in the room.

A little dated, but very cozy.

Love the views of the Harbor. It is always quiet at night. We love the sounds from the Harbor during the day. Bed was very comfortable, rooms clean, staff nice, it is a little older but we like it and keep going back!
