Pool could use an update in the planters. The fake green grass looked cheap. I didn't like the lack of food service or that the only thing open was the bar M-T.

Good location, easy to walk around area. Staff was very nice. The shuttle to and from the airport was very nice and accommodating. Room service came every day even when I was told they only service rooms up until noon.

Hotel has a great location, everything is walking distance; they have a bar in the lobby, they offer happy hour. Our room was very big, comfortable queen size beds, nice balcony. Parking is included in the price, only valet.

You need to have requested service for your room to be cleaned, I did, and it did not happen. That was annoying. Nothing really to eat in the morning, and their vending machines were not working.

The valet staff was amazing and friendly, the room was nicer than average, and the location was great. Overall a solid place to stay while in town.

The rooms are slightly dated...mainly the bathrooms and fixtures. This hotel looks a bit 80's ish. However, everything was in working order and the rooms are very spacious.

The entire hotel has EXCELLENT staff--very friendly and attentive, from front desk to the chamber maids. The location CANNOT be beat. It is right next to the main downtown strip for cafes, shopping, restos. It has an excellent, large lobby with fun events like Karaoke, sports night, an excellent bar. It's a great meeting place to chill with others. They've also got a nightclub on site. Free coffee in the mornings. And a good workout facility. The pool looked great but we didn't use it. The valet service was TERRIFIC. It's included with your stay, and they are quick and extremely friendly.

Room not ready by 4 p.m. Hot tub not working. Karaoke ran pretty late and loud, especially if you are near the lobby.

We went to get some sun and spend time by the pool. When we arrived the hit tub wasn’t working which was a bummer. Then on our third day we woke up to the pool being drained and we couldn’t use it our final day there. That was really disappointing, especially since they never mentioned this to us at check in. We also realized upon check in that the restaurant and room service wasn’t available when we booked our stay. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel on booking was because it mentioned room service and breakfast options. It didn’t mention their food and drink service was seasonal. Finally, the mattresses were super firm which was not as comfortable as we would have liked. Had we known all of this we might have chosen somewhere else.

It was clean, close to everything and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating during our stay, and allowed my friends and I to check in early. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable. We went on a weekday and had the pool to ourselves, and enjoyed the mountain view. The price was very reasonable, and the proximity to Palm Canyon is exceptional for dining and shopping. Definitely would stay here again or recommend to others.

The hotel is in need of serious updates and renovations. The furniture in the room was rough and the long table looked like it had been spray painted and was way past due for more. It looked sticky and unclean but was the way the paint or whatever it was looked but scratched up, missing spots. The safe however was a disaster it did not work and the mechanics of it were taped onto the door with black electrical tape. The refrigerator would not freeze the ice bags I had to keep my insulin cold during our flight home of 5 hrs.

The staff were fantastic and more the accommodating. The location could not have been any better. Convenient to all of Palm Springs. Parking was smooth and easy with the valet and it was free. When we left a mere 5 min to the airport was great. House keeping did a great job cleaning each day which I asked for.

No glasses in room, water and coffee not refilled daily, had to call for housekeeping. The pool needs some updating.
