Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Wonderful hotel and friendly staff. The attached coffee shop was great, nice menu and excellent coffee. Hotel is within walking distance to shops and several restaurants. Valet parking pricy but very efficient staff. Will definitely return.

United States$40 dollars for overnight parking was a little much. One day, after cleaning our room, the maids did not replenish our coffee and left dirty used cups on the coffee stand. I guessed they missed it! but we called down to the desk and everything was made right. quickly I might add.
Excellent location. Clean, impressive hotel. the coffee bar was also a nice feature in the morning. The bar area impressed me as did the staff as we "dropped in" with a party of 9 at about 8pm. We lucked out and were seated around the fireplace. Our waitress from the bar promptly got us menus and drinks. We had excellent burgers, Cobb Salad and pork rinds! Served quickly n what was a busy night.

United StatesI don’t know who is responsible for this, but we upgraded to a king corner room with balcony, and they told us the corner room were not available. We were told Booking.com upgraded us to an unavailable room. I’m not really sure if we were compensated for this. We had a king room with balcony overhang a side street. I also learned that we would not get Hilton Honors points because we booked through Booking.com. I did not know this. I almost always use Booking.com, but will have to think otherwise if it’s a Hilton property. I also booked two Hampton Inns for my husband in November and I suppose no points for that. The food in the bar and restaurant was mediocre. My husband had to send his pasta dish back which is very unusual for him. The shrimp salad at the bar was TERRIBLE. SHOULD BE CALLED A SHRIMP DIP.

United StatesThe Christmas tree lighting was on Friday night and because of this the bar and lounge areas were absoutely packed with a lot of people not actually staying in the hotel. Saturday night was more normal!

United StatesNEED another MIRROR (Mirrors) somewhere besides JUST the BATHROOM !!!!! It was VERY inconvenient!!!!! We had a “suite” with a pull out bed & not even a decorative one in there. For 3 women, it delayed us SO much !!!
