All of the common spaces smelled like stale smoke. $16 "amenities fee?" Respect your guests, don't just try to squeeze a few more $$ from them. And in an era when more properties are offering free EV charging for guests, Harrah's 3rd party vendor 's charging was pricey. The whole property seemed a bit dog-eared.

Nothing, it was dirty one elevator for kanas city. No heat besides in bedrooms. Sink wouldn’t drain. Carpet not vacuumed fridge not cold. For 535$ it’s was very sad stay.

Lack of handicapped parking stalls in front of the hotel (three). Room was quite dated, shower curtain did not retain water and made a mess of the floor. Internet was very slow. Additional charges added to my bill which were not correct and told would be removed at the duration of the stay. Finally no invoice provided and still waiting on one almost a week after check out.

The smell of cigarette smoke from the time I walked in the hotel door. The smell got worse closer to the casino area. There was no ventilation. most of the dealer tables were empty. Casino was mainly slot machines. The carpeting in the hallway leading up to the room was wrinkled, a few torn spots with tape and should be torn out. There was also what looked like dried vomit. The coffee machine was located in the rest room. I'm not using a coffee pot in the bathroom. The whole property looks like it was years overdue for a make over. Not much in the area so glad it wasn't too far from downtown.

Good water pressure and it was hot. The only staff person I had interaction with was nice. It was quiet the night I was there.

Would to have liked to check in early, but hotel was full night previous. Didnt really offer to have room cleaned so we could check in. We just spent time at sports bar while we waited. Wasn't horrible.

The most disgusting place ever I couldn’t sleep there it was dirty I wouldn’t touch a thing. Absolutely terrible especially for the price. I will never stay there again and makes me hesitate to trust booking.com as I haven’t encountered anything this bad with any other booking sites.

The room appeared “beat up”. Just wear and tear from a decade of use, but just kind of dingy. The bathroom appeared nice and large, but the water in the shower was only frigid cold or scalding hot. There was no middle ground. Showering was impossible. But I didn’t complain. So I never gave them the opportunity to make it right. I just didn’t have the time to deal with working it out.

I like the potential it had.

The hallways in the LV hotel were a little stand and the shower fid not drain properly but overall the experience along with all other aspects were great. Would stay again.

I liked that the check in process was simplified, staff were professional and hotel appeared to be blean. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable.
