Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyRoom was clean and quiet, with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom had everything needed. The staff was nice and helpful. It is in a great location, walking distance of a lot of restaurants. It was cold in Prescott at night when we were in there, but the room has a nice heating / air conditioning. It is a bit loud but we switched off before sleeping anyway. We did not have dinner or breakfast there, so cannot give an opinion on the food.

United StatesAbout the only thing I didn’t like is that my window was broken and very hard to open and I couldn’t figure out how to get it open until right before I actually left the hotel. The lighting in the room was very dim.
The young woman who checked us in was very shy and didn’t tell us anything. Just handed us keys. We had to eavesdrop on another patron being checked in by a very charismatic, helping and detailed younger gentleman about the benefits of staying at the hotel

United StatesThey say Hotel is haunted, I was a little paranoid. Therefore, I didn't sleep as well haha. But if you like the thrill, go for it! I didn't happen to experience anything paranormal.
Staff was exceptional, especially at the front desk, was happy to give us his time and give us the background story of the hotel. In the morning, it was the same with the day-shift staff. Gave positive welcoming vibes, definitely a good way to start off my day. I was running late, but breakfast smelled amazing! Overall, clean cozy place. Loved it!
