Cost... Good for the area but still very expensive!

The staff was wonderful! They helped us with all our questions. The room was very clean and tidy. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

This time the bed was really saggy like someone laid in the spot for a week.

I always love coming here they make the check in process really easy and quick and are very friendly. Yogurts and fruit in the mornings and bikes to borrow.

the one bed was situated so you had to step on it or go through a 6inch space to get to the restroom and other side of the room.

2Bedroom apt with kitchenette. That's a little misleading. Its just a single hot plate like burner. Couldn't even cook scrambled eggs on it. No microwave. No oven. And a college dorm size "refrigerator". Also no screens on windows. Had to open window in bathroom for air and all kinds of bugs got in. We didn't think full size beds are goid for two people.

Apples, bananas,coffee and water offered in mornings. Maybe some muffins would be a nice addition. Pretty clean.

The bathroom was quite small and the tub was a bit slippery. It would be a good idea to put some non-skid material in the tub. Also, the windows in our room on the second floor had a constant low, howling sound coming through due to the breeze outside, although the motel itself was quiet. In addition, one of the electrical outlets was very loose in the wall which I felt was unsafe. I probably would not spend more money on a room with a view since it is only a very limited view of the Sound across the street between two other buildings.

The room was very clean with nice, clean white bedding and good soft towels. I enjoyed the breakfast bar which offered coffee/tea as well as yogurt and fruit along with fruit infused water. It was a nice surprise to be offered a "smores" package in the evening to take out to the fire pit. In addition, there are several places to eat and shop within a very short walking distance.

For me this was about the bed and room darkening shades. I took a solo staycation; my bed at home is newer (this had squeaky springs) and I have nicer sheets. The shutters are super quaint but no room darkening option meant I was up at 6:30a with the sun.

Great location off the beaten path. Super private and safe. Really really helpful staff, and loved that they let me stay on the property well after checkout and leave the car.

No reception room, dining room or bar, which means that there is nowhere to gather as a group. I must clarify that my visit coincided with that of Storm Ian so outdoor areas were not an option. There is a swimming pool area and a separate bbq area but not useable during my visit. I could imagine that during better weather these spaces would be wonderful.

Staff at reception were amazing - always pleasant and always prepared to go the extra mile. Room was well appointed and very clean with a great view Breakfast was fine. Coffee was available, free of charge, all the time.

The room door doesn’t have a good seal at the bottom and has a gap, so bugs got it. We placed a towel down to sort of block it when we were in the room.

Great location, close to many activities within walking distance. There are separate vibes going on with the outside pool area and a relaxing area with fire pit. The actual room was perfect and very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant too!

We had electrical issues with constant power shutdowns in our room. After several attemps to restore the power, they changed us to a better room (an apartment), but the bathtub sink stopper was not working. 1

The place was very comfortable and cossy. The host was very gentle and gave us a room upgrade.

Need more accessible power outlets in room near bed. Guests were a bit loud at night. Could hear them plodding around above me in the morning. Hopefully that was the exception.

We used to stay in Montauk all the time for years. Since the pandemic the prices are completely out of control and excessive. We decided not to go away for our 3rd wedding anniversary but at the last minute I checked availability on booking and found this Gem!! Haven is a little piece of paradise right across from a beautiful beach near the marina. Every detail is thought of and we loved the s’mores kits at check in for the fire pit they light at night. The pool looks great. (It was too cold for it). The room was very clean and had everything we needed including a good size fridge. There are bikes and paddle boards to use also. The price was reasonable and I would recommend Haven for a quick romantic getaway to Montauk.

No view which I expected, the bathroom was very small and almost no room in the sink. Also the futon was uncomfortable for my children.

Pool, fire pit, location to beach, free use of bicycles and kayaks. The amenities for a motel were pretty nice.

Clean, bright, simple room with comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast was just yogurt and fresh fruit. Not what I thought but it was fine to hold us over before having pancakes in town. Enjoyed my stay.
