The common areas where not as clean as the bedroom, but they were not bad.

Could do some more cleaning, we found some ants crawling by the jet tub and tile floor.

Accessibility. Staff respond fast and listens. A Smile from her (receptionist) during our checking in is worth our long travel and being first timer in Napa.

on ck out told clerk, who was very nice guy of 2 items which he took note. I had found and ant on a wash cloth on the sink and that above the tub there was black mold that should be removed.

Full of shameful polluting single-use plastic everywhere: packaging for toiletries, single-use plastic packaging food for breakfast (jam, butter, etc.), single use plastic bottles for water, etc. Everybody knows the damages to environment and future generations of these things, it is not respectful towards guests and society to still use them and pollute this way. Other hotels respect our common environment and work hard in order not to pollute further.

Staff was great and helpful, location was was good, breakfast was good. I went with by elder mother and she loved the room which was wide for her to use her walker and the large bathroom. It make it very easy for her to feel comfortable.

Hard to get to room. The second floor is difficult. I was handicapped from a hip replacement recently. I asked to be near the elevator and why, but they gave me the very last room of the complex.

this site is CLEARLY an old Motel (not hotel), that has been upgraded on the interior, but still looks late 1970's on outside. the walls, and floor/ceilings are thin, and you WILL hear your neighbors, and they will hear you. It is quite close to a busy road, so please request a room FURTHEST from the traffic for less noise. STILL, all things considered, a very good value stay for Napa Valley. I WOULD encourage folks to stay here and save $$$ to spend on wine and food!

the staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was convenient for local amenities, groceries, and for being at an easy travel point to visit Napa and Sonoma, supermarket across the street. The rooms have been redone to a very modern, stylish level. The bed was very comfortable.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I don't see how this property could be improved.

This is a standard 60 room 3-story motel in town. There are elevators and plenty of free parking. The room was clean and comfortable with typical accommodations (Keurig, TV, mini-fridge, etc.), including a small loveseat (vinyl-covered). Double room-darkening curtains helped with light control. I asked for a room towards the back because I am a light sleeper and they accommodated me no questions asked....very grateful for that extra assistance! Location was great, central and safe. They serve free hot breakfast, but I didn't try it so can't comment. I would definitely stay here again.
