Never had breakfast because it wasn't offered. They did some upgrades so it's better but still smells smoke & weed. They are good to keep your deposit also

We found roaches in our bathroom, there were other guests who were being so rude and disrespectful towards us. The hotel should have definitely been cleaned a little more, but was definitely doable for what we had to spend on a room. You get what you pay for. It reeked of marijuana, but we felt the smell was pleasant.

The fact that I was charged twice for the same room. At check in I was told my booking.com payment was decline. So I charged my card again. The refund didn’t happen til after I was home a couple of days from my trip which limited my spending money. The lobby smelled like marijuana every time we walked thur it. The closet door was broken and we had to lean it against the wall to keep from falling on us every time we bumped it. The bed was supposed to be a queen but it felt more like a full size bed.

The location was great easy access to everything we needed which is why we picked it.

The construction around the pool area brings much concern . My daughter 7 and another child prob 2 try old both faced Xtreme danger when the youngest was found playing ina bucket that was left aside the pool with it almost filled to the top of chemicals used to paint as well as the old chipped paint inside the liquid . It was left behind were if this was not caught and disposed by me he could have swallowed this contense and potentially been poisoned or worse . Just 5 min there after myb7byr old swimming with skill to do so . Flagged me over to her and was hesitant to speak . When I saw there was a solid object the size of a penny spit out of her mouth . To much surprise the object was a sharp pointed piece of a supply that would be used to hang or post paper to a board we realized my daughter just spit out a thumbtack which was in the pool water where she had been swimming . Luckily again she was aware that what drained into her mouth from swimming wasn't meant to be there she didn't swallow it. I immediately took the objects yo the front and also wrote an email bc since that episode my daughter's vacation time with me was seriously interupted by the scare she encountered and refused to use the pool facility . That became an instant concern for a child who lives to swim to be telling me no to swimming and derdul it would get her again she never went back . I did ask for the refund of 95.0o so I could. Potentially get a diff place to help build her confidence back up without thw fear of what could be next to hurt her . I have yet to receive. Refund or even a response to my concerns . Which I feel would have assisted in better accomidation for the trauma she now will suffer from that not being met the. The bitterness may not have had a chance to make it a better situation. I do feel that at least can help us move on and just give this place time to finish it's work.

They didn't have breakfast and said they did online that illegal and false advertising. I'd really like a refund!!! Also smelled and the couch had cum stains, the bedding and towels felt like sand paper and had stains on them as well. The sink in the bathroom didn't work and the shower dripped from the ceiling. And our door locks didn't work.

I Luke nothing about this place and really would like a refund as they false advertised alot of things about this hotel.

It was dirty. Very dirty. My initial room was not done and the restroom had the some plungers and equipment left behind by staff. I had to be reassigned another room which was filthy. Trash was left in drawers and it had not been swept or mopped. The bed was done but the sheets smelled. The good thing is I was only at the hotel to sleep. I would leave very early and come back very late.

It was close to where I needed to be for a work conference.

The room was horribly unkempt, the rate was wildly overpriced considering the condition of the room. Windows broken, dirt and dust everywhere, rust in the sink and bathroom, stains on the table tops, rips in the furniture…. yikes! Irma, at the front desk, was very kind and understanding.. such a shame she probably has to deal with sooo many complaints.

Horrible smell in the hallways. The toilet was not fastened to the floor. Insects in the bathroom. No hair dryer. One single-use shampoo. Window curtains were shredded. Black mold visible around the window. There was a blob of jelly on the desk. Check-in took 20 minutes. Bathroom ceiling and walls showed water damage. Bedside lamp was missing its switch. Only 2 towels. One coffee mug. Not enough silverware. Poor lobby coffee. No breakfast as advertised. Can't believe this is a Choice hotel. We were scheduled to stay five days, but cut the stay to 2.

There were two hooks on the back of the bathroom door. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The two keys usually unlocked the door, but not always. The refrigerator did get cold. The freezer did what it's supposed to. Lobby looked nice. First floor room.
