Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe floors were linoleum which wasn’t really a problem, but was very unexpected. The shower was tiny and the ceilings were all very low, not great for my 6’ 4” husband.
Breakfast was good, I liked the little muffins! The area was fine and they accommodated our very late check-in. Checking out was effortless and easy which was of course very nice!

United StatesOnce past the entrance, the rest of the hotel gives MOTEL! I was so disgusted! If you DO NOT like motels, this isn't for you! Don't be fooled by the pics as I was. Once you're past the entrance foyer area, the remaining of the space is a JOKE!

United StatesWhen we first got there to check in there was absolutely no staff to be found for at the least 15mins. My spouse had to go searching the hotel for someone to check us in. The first room we had was on the 3rd floor all the way at the end 331 I believe, we could not get the cable to work in the room and there was a leak from the ceiling right by the light fixture in the wall, enough there was a puddle of water on the floor. Got moved to 5th floor and that room was good. Dirty but decent. Couldn't get the hotel room phone to work though. The breakfast "if that's what you want to call it" was in my opinion terrible, we kept to the waffle irons. During breakfast you never seen staff or anyone either except for when they would come shut the breakfast doors early before 10am every morning we were there. I witnessed Numerous guests come expecting breakfast still, yet got shut doors and no one to tell them any different. Wish the pool was heated some what.
