How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The staff was excellent! I booked this room for my elderly parents to stay during a medical procedure in Naples and the staff was so accommodating and very helpful. The room was fantastic and my parents really enjoyed staying there. We booked it twice because the liked it so much when they had to go back the following week.

Airconditioning was a bit loud.
Very nice reception, gave great information on Naples. Good location with everything nearby and Naples in 15-20 minute drive. Breakfast was great although I personally missed the cheese. Pools were very nice.

We unfortunately booked the same weekend as a soccer tournament so the pool and jacuzzi area was overrun with kids. That is not at all a bad thing, they too had an enjoyable time. We just couldn't relax due to basketballs rolling into our cabana and kids coming to fetch them.
The walking distance for dining was superb. The purpose of the trip was to park the car, chillax in the hotel and be close to a restaurant that was broadcasting the NBA Quarterfinals. This hotel checked the box for us.

Could have heated the pool, pool towels were to small-almost like a hand towel. Couch in room was uncomfortable.
Good breakfast. Location was convenient to local attractions.

liked everything about the hotel. The road to the beach is about 20 minutes. Not very close. But it's okay
We stayed here for 5 nights and it was wonderful. Very friendly staff! Large clean room with kitchen and large refrigerator, clean bathroom. Very comfortable bed, many receptacles for charging devices. There is everything you need for relaxation. There are movie channels and many other channels for everyone. The pool and Jacuzzi are a very pleasant and beautiful place under the palm trees, with pool towels at the front desk. There is a gym with bicycles and treadmills. Very good variety of hot breakfasts, fruits, yogurt, types of bread, you can make your own waffles. Various varieties of tea, coffee, cream, jams, butter and a lot of everything for a good breakfast. There are many restaurants near the hotel, you can walk there. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was pretty full and the wifi in the room was kinda slow, went to the lobby and it was fine... The hot water pressure in the bath tub in my room was low but it worked for me.
I need to stay a night in Naples becasue of memorial service. I booked the room through the booking.com and got the room at some crazy price, I do not know if it was a mistake or glitch but using booking.com saved me over $200!!! The hotel has a nice pool area and hot tub, great to meet and find new friends.:) The room was quiet and cool and got right to sleep for early morning departure. I was told breakfest would not be ready untill 7am on Saturday. To my surprise, at "O Damn :30" on the Saturday morning I was departing, there was hot coffee fruit,juice, toast and bagels. The early breakfest worked forme and it was pleasant shock.

The parking lot was a bit dark at night, even though they did have some lights.
The rooms were Wonderful and Very Spacious...the beds were very comfortable. I LOVED the amenities...bar and breakfast room were lovely. The outdoor Pool and Patio with tables were Gorgeous! I loved sitting outside to eat Breakfast, and it was Delicious! 😋 The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I were visiting Naples, Fla.

Everything was fine!
Very nice rooms and environment. It's a good area to take a walk. Nearby restaurants and ease to get on the interstate. Nice people. Good breakfast. All in all, a nice place to stay.

Great location, walk to restaurant & bakery, short drive to everything, down off the main rd a little, so quiet and peaceful. The suites are very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful & private. Nice breakfast.
