I would like wipes to clean the exercise equipment myself. One of our burners on the stove did not work. The rooms do not come with a safe. The first room we had, it immediately smelled of smoke and the receptionist did not want to offer me another room. With persistance we got another room and it was fine.

I liked the pre-made breakfast. Good variety, low in salt and kept warm. I also liked that all the water was purified. No problems finding parking and it was very quiet. The 2 inch memory foam topper was very comfortable.

Our bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived, but the room itself seemed to be. We only had three towels for showering, but we had 4 people. The policy was a dirty towel needed to be returned before a clean one would be given, so we couldn't all take a shower unless using our damp towels from the pool.

I liked no carpet in the room and the room was spacious. Location was great and parking was easy. The staff were nice.

The toilet was broken through our whole visit. The pool advertises ope at 7am. The clerk could not find the key to the pad lock. The facility was rather run down and was embossed for it being branded Wyndham property.

Overall carpets in hallways and rooms, along with window treatments need to cleaned and kept up better. Filter in heating and air conditioning needed to be changed. The above will elevate this location.

The hide a bed had missing springs and was broken although most of them are rated for 300 pounds. My son could not sleep on it.

The property was close to Lake Natomas. Just about everything we needed was within walking distance.

The broken toilet seat in my room 113

The breakfast was satisfactory. I reported to the desk clerk that the room I had a broken toilet seat and was very uncomfortable. I asked her if anyone had reported the broken seat and she said, no and will let the owner know. I can’t imagine why the toilet seat had not been replaced yet, it appeared to be in that condition for awhile. The housekeepers should had this reported as well. Other than my stay was satisfactory.

The kitchenette was poorly stocked for the number of guests and one burner wouldn't heat. Leaving only one functional burner to cook on. The toilet was slow to flush & clogged. Would have liked more variety in the breakfast served.

Room 303, which we stayed in had something sticky spilled on the carpet which had not been cleaned thoroughly so we had to avoid stepping on that area near the door. Besides that the room was good. The breakfast was really bad. If they made the food that day they need a new cook. The eggs were hard and chewy and the sausage smelled old. I couldn’t eat either. I actually took a bite full of the eggs, started to chew it and realized something was wrong with the consistency and taste it old and spit it into my napkin. Either the eggs were from previous days or you need a new cook …scrambled egg should be light and fluffy not dry and chewy. I took one bite of the sausage and it tasted slightly old and I don’t mess with sausage, so I just did not eat it. Even the French toast was barely palatable, but I did eat it because I was hungry. Luckily I did not get a stomach ache. My thought was that the food was previously made and used more than one day or it was previously frozen and thawed or not real eggs. If the eggs were made, that day, they were old or the cook was not a good cook L, you might need a new cook who knows how to make scrambled eggs, light and fluffy with milk, salt and pepper. I had a bagel which had either come out of a freezer and then thawed or was out of refrigerator and was definitely not fresh that day. I I did eat it because I needed some thing so my suggestion is that you have fresh food in the morning that will up your ratings but I saw a lot of people not eating the food and not happy with it. It’s a shame because everything else was really great.

Drawers have broken handles, no chairs, some of the lights plug are broken, door of the bathroom's edge are chipped, there are red stains on the carpets.

The fridge wasn't cold. And the freezer had defrosted water in it. because the fridge was not plugged in. The ice maker in the hall wasn't working.it had no silverware or cups had maybe a half full dishwasher soap. And the paper towel roll didn't have much left on it. . It had only 2 towels, which were not clean.smelled dirty also. Had a lil dirt on them. 1washcloth and 1 hand towel less then they usually do. . I had the same room My last 2 stays and both times the floor wasn't vacuumed it had debris on the floor as well as the bedding didn't smell clean and appeared to be dirty as well. And the bathtub wasn't cleaned both times So, I cleaned it. and I need the bathtub to soak in twice a day due to medical reasons. Which most of my stays everything has been much cleaner. But not the last few stays.

I always enjoy having the living room. Area. And the beds have always been comfortable also. And I have stayed there several times before. So,I like that the staff knows me. And are friendly and helpful most of the time. I enjoy your hotel. It's also, not far to UC DAVIS MEDICAL CENTER. I stay at your hotel when I come to town for my Dr.. appointments

The rooms need repair and cleaning. The bathroom had a lot of broken fixtures, the shower rod, the sink, and the toilet roll dispenser were all broken. There were stains on the carpet that looked like dog poop. And there was dog poop all over the parking lot. They have a lot of people that stay there with pets and obviously they don’t clean up after their pets and the staff doesn’t clean up after them either.

My room was cleanish. King Bed was fresh and clean same with kitchen area. The bathroom was a turn off. white tile grout should be white, not black with white spots. Pee splatter spots on shower or yellow dried stuff. hair and other stuff on floor like they let my young child clean it in a hurry, just to make me have them do it all over again while I watched. I carry bleach wipe for a reason, its for public restrooms not motel rooms. It was just one night so i just made my bed and slept in it. Jacuzzi was warm bubbles for the first 20 minutes the water got colder and colder till we and the other people were getting cold. A bit more in the details and this place would be nice. Room 213 if you wanted to know.

I liked it was in a nice area for the most part food and gas close by, shopping just down the road. Hotel staff was friendly and polite
