Cleanliness could be better.

Hotel is ok for a few nights in Los Angeles. Close to the airport and to the beach. Staff was ok, nothing special. Parking available for $5 per night. Coffee maker and microwave in the room.

Pillows were a bit flat and the walls are thin. It's near a pretty major street so you hear cars drive by and the occasional plane. If you are a light sleeper then it might be a little tough to sleep

The room was clean and for the price you get exactly what you paid for. It's not a lavish hotel so don't expect the most amazing time, but it gets the job done.

Could be cleaner

Classic US motel, near LAX, easy to get to with car, good spot for 2 day LA road trip. Room was spacious, there was a fridge and hairdry.

I booked this hotel because it says it's for non-smokers, and the room I stayed in (103), and mainly the bathroom smelled a lot as if someone had just smoked in there...I had a hard time falling asleep due to the odor. I am sharing the photo of the advice to not smoke they have in the room since I believe this needs more supervision on the guest's smoking habits inside the room, when they leave. It's on an avenue, so there were several patrol cars or others with the sirens on up until 11 pm. It's not so close to the airport as I originally thought.

The man at the front desk the night I checked in and the morning I checked out were very nice. Checking in he has assigned me a second-floor room and I had heavy luggage and a problem with a knee and dreaded the stairs, so I asked for a room downstairs, and he agreed, very nicely. It had all the basics I could need.

It had ants in the bathroom crawling everywhere. When I took a shower the water would go out and I had about 10-15 ants floating in there.

Nothing in room worth $100 deposit when room was prepaid. Light fixtures by bed didn't work. AC Unit really loud.

Wasn't very impressed with the area, a bit rough and felt uneasy. However when I asked Reception about area he said "we've never had any trouble here".

The man on Reception was very helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble, even asked man in next door room to turn his loud music down for me.

The water in the tap is too weak. We had to wash our hands under the tap above the bathtub. The plate inside microwave didn't move at all.

It is calm, convenient and feel safe. Nice stuff. Good size of rooms. It has fridge and microwave, and also working zone. You can park your car just near the room.

Check in process was a little bit weird, very hot in the lobby and couldn’t hear anything because receptionist is beside the glass like in the post office or bank

Minor issue but perhaps user error of tech challenged. We could not work the tv remote lol there was no obvious volume up/down buttons so pushing the volume button made it louder and louder.

I liked the location of this hotel because we didn’t have to drive around a lot. I Also liked the customer service at the reception. The room was according to the price we payed.

no cleaning in the rooms for a 4-day stay, no change of towels. in the garbage cans, the garbage was growing after the whole day, we returned to the room and it was still full of garbage. the price is definitely too high compared to the service and quality.

great location. everywhere nearby. free parking. very good free internet. working fridge (freezer), friendly service. I recommend it as a great base for the ocean. Lovely Cuban restaurant 5mins walk. close to / from LAX airport
