Very dirty (nails in bed, cockroaches in bed and on walls, shampoo leftovers from previous guests, used plastic cups next to the sink), internet was just fine. Overall i would not return.

Brightly lit parking lot all night long, lots of guests in and out during the night making lots of noise. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke.

Room was spacious with 2 king size beds and everything was clean.

The room smelled terrible. We had to leave the door open to air it out. The floors were sticky and the restroom was dirty. At night this hotel gets loud. We were there for two nights and were concerned with our car being broken into because of all the weird yahoos during the day, and the weirdos creeping around at night. The bed was very clean but felt and sounded like a sofa pullout. This place is good for a toilet, bed and shower which is what we wanted.

The location was close to where we were going.

in 3 night of stay they did not clean nor replenish towel, hand cloth and coffee at all I think dose are the 3 basic service I expect to have to have comfortable stay at any price I will not stay there again

I did not get the room that I wanted. I tried to book as far in advance as possible so that I could actually get the room that I wanted but the room that I had was very nice

As always I liked everything about the hotel stay I am a regular guest over there and I never had a bad experience and I'm just happy that they seem to do a good job of bringing the right type of guests to the hotel and I hope this will continue

This particular stay and I wasn't too happy with the fact that I could not get the room cleaned after the first day on my second day there in the morning as I saw the house keeping employee I asked her if they could touch up the room I was in and she just said no without any explanation so I wasn't too happy about that partn

I enjoyed the easy check-in and check-out the moon was exceptionally clean as always and the location is great as a frequent guest over there now I just feel really comfortable going to that particular Hotel and I will always be back at the Hawthorne Plaza Inn

First room assigned smelled of cold cigarettes. Asked for a different room. I was given another room. Smell wasn’t as bad, not great. Towels looked like they have been washed and used since a prior decade. There was no soap in the bathroom sink, so had to get it from what was left in the shower. Woke up the next morning to a sight of a fat cockroach by the door, which made me leave faster than I was originally planning to

Nothing everything was exceptional as always I have no complaints about anything I even enjoyed that little store that they have inside of the lobby LOL

Everything was perfect I like the easy check-in and the accessibility easy check out sometimes I have to check out at 5 or 6 in the morning and now the staff understands that and someone was there the last time I checked out which was at 5 a.m. and I really really appreciated it the room was exceptionally clean I usually ask for the same room when I'm in there and no issues with this place it was safe I felt secure and I felt good that my car was Secure over there and I definitely will be back at the Hawthorne Plaza Inn and I will request the same room and I will always take care of this place because this place take care of me

I always enjoy my stay at the Hawthorne Plaza Inn I have no complaints it definitely serves my purpose and I will come back very very often. Dad was very very comfortable and the room was very clean and I do appreciate the recent renovations to the rooms

It appears that most of the rooms have been renovated and redecorated I liked everything about the room and about my stay it's all good. Due to my job I was not able to utilize the room for the full-time. But for the time that I was there it definitely fulfilled my purpose

The heater was extremely loud so much so that we couldnt sleep because of it. You can also hear the people in the next rooms. There is also no elevator but its just two floors so it wasnt that big of a deal. The carpet in the room also seemed really dirty though.

The location was good cus it was close to the airport and the price is fairly cheap so its good enough for a transit stay

The check in process was lengthy for no apparent need. We ordered on-line but still had to fill in a form. We needed an extra blanket but they didn't have any. We were charged a deposit via the credit card which they said the they will reimburse, instead of just taking the card number. The shower in the room had no hangers for clothes or a towel.

We needed a place to stay near LAX for caching an early flight the morning after. The location is quiet so for one night it was bearable.

unfortunately I had a pretty severe domestic dispute happening in the room next to be. Called the front desk who told me they’d call the police but never did. Only called the room and asked them to keep quiet. I ended up having to call the police. was also missing lightbulbs in the bedside lights.

it was a good location and close to everything. They provided me with sanitizer.

The property doesn’t have enough parking. It has 27 rooms but only 22 parking spaces with an additional 2 handicapped spaces. I came home from working night shift to find all spaces full. So I parked in handicapped space right in front of my handicapped accessible room they rented me. And I received a 320 dollar fine. No street parking available either. Not sure where your supposed to park while staying there
