Decor was darling! Beautiful view from the deck of the Cumberland River and the Nissan Stadium ( they set off fireworks the moment we arrived!) Great have 2 full bathrooms and covered parking. Great hostess too!

The tub doesn’t drain and the shower curtain rod fell numerous times.

Cute place! Right on the river. We really couldn’t walk anywhere as they were working on the roads nearby and there was other construction.

Beautiful old industrial building of some sort that has been turned into a stunning and unique apartment. The owner Kim goes above and beyond to accommodate and make sure you have the most comfortable stay possible. Huge binder she has put so much work into with all kinds of area useful info! Comfy beds. We almost slept our entire stay away . We didn't even want to get out of bed..loved it ! We will be back. Thanks Kim!

Missed the fact that it was a 3rd floor walk-up. We are all retired ladies and didn’t even think about “no elevators!” We made it up and down with the luggage, but that will be a definite question when looking at places in the future.

The property had a good location and a great view of the river. It was clean, beds were comfortable and liked that there were condiments and extra supplies in the kitchen. Also like the covered, free parking! The day we arrived was rainy, but we could unload without getting wet!

The space was very homey in a good location - close enough to the strip but still very quiet. Kim was great and has everything to make her guests feel at home - delicious coffee and all the essentials if her guests forgot anything. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the river was a nice bonus. Very clean and well cared for and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.

The location in proximity to Bridgestone (our concert destination) was great! The apartment itself was phenomenal. Clean, comfy and felt right at home. Safe neighborhood & complex. The view from our balancing was beautiful as well. The host was more than amazing and super helpful when I called her with a question. She ensured everything was perfect from check in to check out. I will definitely stay here again & recommend this location to anyone who asks where to stay in Nashville!

No elevator and we had the top floor

The apartments aside from being an old bldg it was really nice and very confortable. The host had made a binder with all the information you could possibly need from Restaurants to Entertainment. We booked it for the 4th of July Fireworks. Couldn't have booked a more comfortable place and still have access to beable to see the fireworks display.

Excellent place!! Great/very comfy king-size beds! Very clean!! Views of the river from balcony are awesome!! Kitchen and 2 full bathrooms with all the things you might need! There is plenty of room in condo. Decorated in fun, Nashville style! Parking is in a covered area. 1 mile from the music area of town! You definitely get your money's worth! Host is great, so kind ❤️

The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs on the 3rd floor and there is NO elevator. We had to carry our luggage up all the stairs--that was not OK.

Only bad thing was our stay was not long enough. We were not able to connect the TV to the Wi-Fi in the room with the red bed. (It was late and I didn’t want to bother Kim and I needed to get sleep anyway)

The apartment was so cool! The beds were so comfortable! Kim was so helpful in communicating with us about where to park and how to get into the apartment. The view from the balcony was also very pretty. I loved all the decor and all the notes explaining the expectations. We would definitely come to stay again!
