The bedroom windows were dirty couldn’t see well , but the over priced breakfast 14.99 should be free or 7.99 at best it was terrible dried biscuits, powdered eggs, not much to choose from only good was the view from our table and the coffee ! Pool towels were tiny! The bar closed to early on a Friday night !

The hotel pub experience was less than satisfactory. When paying more then $300 per night it can be reasonably expected that the food for dinner is served on china plates rather than one way paper plates and plastic trays. Having an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool and two indoor Jaccuzzis is great but it is less than satisfactory that the locker rooms were pad-locked and therefore that there were no changing facilities available. In terms of personal hygiene and public health, the lack of showers in the vicinity of the pool/jaccuzzi is concerning.

We did not have breakfast in the hotel but we had dinner, the first night in the hotel pub and the second night in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant's ambience, the staff and the food were very good.

The were no spa services available nearby enen though staff implied there was a place. The public restroom had not been cleaned from the night before. From a wedding possibly. The were lots of little flies that got in our room. It was hard to walk in the door because there were so many of the little flies. Breakfast was $40 for two. Too expensive.

It was a beautiful location. Very romantic on the lake at night.

It would have been nice to have something less expensive for breakfast. I don't usually eat breakfast but it would have been nice to have more options in the market.

FELT IT WAS PRETTY PRICY, SOME CORNERS BEING CUT. For example, $300. a night should not have toilet paper you can see thru. If it is not costing 1/2 as much, bad decision because your guest are using twice as much.

The town road was dug up outside hotel. There was no notice of this on the website. Tough driving on rental cars Restaurant, Bat and Grill seemed to open and close arbitrarily. Did not follow the website hours at all while we were there.

Pools and gym good. Good breakfast and pretty views of the lake.

We arrived at 3:45 pm. Was told error in our reservation no lakeview room available. I asked if it was just because room needed cleaning was told yes I said np we will have drink at bar and we were given 2 coupons. 2 1/2 hours later told room ready but tv in sitting room not working--ok. Room 1129 interior doors splintered, stand tv on missing trim. Table in room broken not stable. Patio concrete hugh crack. Website stated 2 restaurants and 2 bars only 1 of each. Pool closed. $18 million renovation not done!!! And for what we were charged per night should have been a reduction.

Didnt have breakfast. Location great. I was extremely dissappointed to be charged $4 to make a cup of coffee in my room. There was no indication you would be charged if you did so
