How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Several steps in need of repair, loose stones very hazardous. Climbing to second floor with very careful and extreme caution.
Thanksgiving Dinner and Fellowship outstanding. Fun and exciting staff, very friendly and knowledgeable of Sumner Co. where and what to do. Fresh hot coffee every morning and clean lobby with huge variety of pastries and more. Noise control and safe environment, several cameras and all monitors working. Offered an early check in, if room was ready without many questions from travelers needing to unwind and relax.

My gosh the water pressure!!! Room was clean and spacious. Parking lot was well light and felt safe. Location for the hotel was somewhat strange but actually worked out for the best. They is a 40$ deposit which isn't mentioned on booking.com.

I wish there was a coffee maker in the room.
I arrived earlier than expected, and they let me check in early. The room was clean and it was quiet at night. The staff is very friendly!

Unfortunately they were having the parking lot repaired so we had a hike to get our luggage to our rooms when we got there, but it was clear for us to use the lot near our rooms by the next day.
The location was excellent for us. The room was clean and everything worked, including the drain in the bath tub! The owner was very helpfun and kind to us!

All new mattresses and the cabinets were in excellent condition. Cleaning lady came everyday and to see if there was anything we needed. Very polite.

TV Remote took some time to figure out how to get the menu and change channels. We were able to master it after a few attempts.
Room was clean and comfortable. The mini fridge had a freezer, a bonus for travelers. We have special dietary needs so we didn't utilize the breakfast snacks or coffee.

There was a small issue checking in that had more to do with Booking.com than with the hotel. The hotel was great about working it out.
A small basic room, no frills, but the bed was comfortable, and it stayed cool on the hottest week of the year. I would recommend a deluxe room over the alternative.

The property itself is old and is a parking lot.
The room have been completely updated with new carpet, paint, linens, countertops, and furniture. The room was very clean and fresh. The staff was very nice and we would stay there again.

Room carpet was a little sticky and not super well cleaned.
Located about 40 mins drive from downtown Nashville. Conveniently opposite a plaza with a bunch of food options and also within a short drive of many more food options. Easy and safe parking. Reception staff were helpful.

The staff was rude when I had to check out a day early for a family emergency with no refund As for the room the beds where very uncomfortable!

Weekend wedding in Gallitan. Needed a place to stay overnight for four of us that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Found the Relax Inn. They had good reviews and ii was only 30 minutes from the wedding venue. Booked 2 rooms a few months ahead. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Was everything we needed for an overnight stay. Very quiet area hidden away off the main road. Would stay here again and longer if need to.

not much not to like its a room , very clean they take pride in it, its a motel not a hotel keep that in mind
I would stay here again and again its not your high priced place but you looking for clean confortable place its the place , the people that run it are very nice and would bend over backwards to make it right all i can say is you rent a romm to sleep... this fits the bill
