Construction equipment limited parking; room was not overly clean; bed was too hard; cost was increased due to solar eclipse and was definitely not worth the price paid!

They are right in the middle of remodeling this hotel, so there were construction materials in the 2nd floor lobby. The room where we stayed still needed the bathroom upgraded, there was a significant amount of paint and plaster falling off the wall.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly. When we checked in they were extremely busy, but gave each guest the attention that they deserved.

Beds uncomfortable. 1st room we had door key didn't work 2nd room I had to keep getting the keys activated every day. Room service never came and changed out towels or garbages the whole time we were there. I ended up putting garbage bags outside the door

Check in took a longer than usual time. Two clerks talking to each other in a language unfamiliar to me the whole time. Hallways were dirty, smelly and unswept. Room was small with broken toilet seat, no fridge or coffee maker in room. Bedside lamps did not work. Window was cracked. Breakfast was toast and weak coffee only.

The beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water. Much less expensive than any other hotel in the area. Wifi signal was acceptable.

The ice machines and juice machine were broken. The continental breakfast was bread, cereal and fruit, so not much there. No one cleaned my room during my stay. Over all it was ok, but I won't stay there again

Bathroom was raw and decrepit, needed to finish the tile and the flooring. needed a new toilet seat needed new lighting

We were looking for a hotel to stay before we went over the border in Canada and this hotel fit the bill, especially since it accepted pets. The room was very small, but that was okay. The bathroom was decrepit - looked like a place that was in a Horror Movie. Kind of scary. I was afraid to use the shower and only used the toilet as needed, this place needs a major facelift!!!! I cannot say that it was not clean....it was as clean as you can get a construction site that is very, very old. You guys have your work cut out for you. Location is very good. Improvements shouldn't take too much to turn it around. But I cannot stay here again - not like this!

The entire place is dirty, people doing drugs in the rooms. I have stayed at many microtels and have been overly satisfied. This one made me sick!! Will never go back.

Checking out the girl at the desk was very understanding to the fact I was unable to return both room cards bc I was at the hospital, saying goodbyes to a family member.

The window was open in our room when we entered. Somebody had obviously been smoking in there before we arrived. The vanity countertop had been glued back together. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off. The corners of the carpet were disgusting. Breakfast was sad. The toaster was "out of order" as was the juice machine. No fruit. No yogurt. There was dry cereal all over the counter.

The sheets were clean. The ac worked.

The hotel inside could of been cleaner (smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in years and reeked of cigarette smell). The carpet was so filthy, it should of been ripped out. If not going to clean it, remove it and replace with tile that can be washed daily. No real breakfast (coffee machine broken whole time there, juice machine broke on 3rd day). No real food for breakfast.

The location made is it so we close to where we wanted to be in the area (seeing friends/family).

The overall stay was a disappointment. The room was dirty upon arrival. No clean towels on the last day and another person that was staying there was threatening to shoot the place up..in his words. The pictures are very deceiving and the rooms need a total make over.

First off the price quoted and the price I paid were different. The hotel outside is a pretty picture. However the hotel is in need of a complete rehab. The carpeting is all stained and dirty. I entered through door 2 for my second floor room with 2 beds. The mattresses were in good shape but the rest of the room needs rehab. This includes the A/C system, bathroom and the main room. Sloppy patch work on the walls and the bathroom curtain has caused much water leakage, including overhead in the tub. I stayed in room 226 and would expect this room to be near perfect for the $100+ I spent on it. The staff was of no help in locating my membership number for credit for the stay. I can tell you that your price was quoted at $57.... It was late and I was too tired to continue driving otherwise I would have looked for a different hotel. I am shocked at the poor quality of the room. The only acceptable items were the refrigerator and comfortable mattresses. I have contacted Wyndham Properties and sent them my review. I will have to consider alternate hotels when traveling.
