Lighting could be better in the room - pretty dark. Had to get help with air conditioner, and also help to turn on television, and supplies in bathroom were low. Breakfast was not as good as expected, and even what they had was not monitored (no syrup for waffles, coffee pot was almost empty when I arrived, etc.).

Location was perfect for us - thank you! Room was comfortable, and the hotel in general was quiet. Restaurant nearby (pizza place) made it easy to grab supper for the evening. Staff member at the counter was friendly, patient and helpful.

The walls seem extremely thin. We could here every word, bark, and snore next door and in the hallway.

24 percent tax is pretty high, which you cant control. But I was expecting a lower price when I got there. I also reserved a single room, and none were available when I got there, was given a different room and told the cost would be the same when i went to pay my bill it was more than I expected and more than what it said when I reserved through booking com

I would have like the vending machines to have some diet soda options. Would have like an extra blanket and more towels to have already been in the room, but staff was responsive when I asked for extra.

The room smelled funny. It wasn't very clean , almost like it wasn't cleaned after the last occupants. There was a thick layer of dust at the top of the curtains, old coffee filter still in the coffee pot, something splattered on the wall, and Dollar General bags in the drawers. The bed was very uncomfortable as we could feel the springs in the mattress and only two pillows. The towel shelf in the bathroom was broken and pulling out of the wall. The tub didn't drain well when we showered water was above my ankles.

The location was convenient. Check in was quick. It was cheap. It was a place to lay our heads.

It looked run down and dated. The front door to the check in desk was missing. It was dingy inside. The actual room smelled funny but i got used to after awhile.

Bathroom floor was discolored black and peeling by tub. Towels wash cloths didn't look clean. Security locks did not work. Upper latch was broken, dead bolt lock would not lock. Ice machine was not working.

Made reservations in March. Indicated first floor preference. Assigned a second floor room when I arrived. Said there were no first floor rooms available. After I showed them my reservation confirmation from March a first floor room was found. A lamp was missing in the room making the room fairly dark. During the evening one evening no one came to the front after I rang the bell at the front desk. Apparently daily room service was only emptying trash and replacing toilet paper if needed. I was there three nights and received no fresh towels.
