The breakfast didn’t have any seating and there was no protein options. The pool was lovely but had a fair amount of leaves and bugs in the water.

Great location, lovely room with good amenities. Helpful staff and comfortable seating around the pool.

Location - last town on our way to Death Valley. Per friendly and large rooms ! Surprised that they clean the rooms everyday and make the beds too. When other cabin hotels do this every other day !

Quiet location and friendly staff. Light continental breakfast options were convenient. Bedding was very clean and comfortable. Nautilus equipped gym was super clean and functional- very nice pool and plenty of free, secure parking.

Excellent breakfast at the nearby Denny's. The manager was very accommodating, and he gave us great recommendations...including an excellent Middle Eastern place ("Classic Gyros", on North China Lake Blvd).

The room I stayed in could use some remodeling. Visible carpet stays, cracked tile in bathroom and patchwork in shower ceiling, tub also was cracked and has a raised area. The bathroom could use better lighting.

Location is great for me. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

The pool was very outdated.

The receptionist was very friendly and the room was okay, what you can expect in a city in the middle of nowhere. There was free parking, water and some snacks for breakfast. A good hub for one night before travelling through the Death Valley.

Found 6 bedbugs in our 2 days, tv remote probably needed batteries and faucett had a steady drip. Bed sheets are noisy and strange noises on and off all night long the first night. The second night (tues) was much quieter probably because there were less tenants.

Elegant lobby and excellent facilities. Staff exceptionally friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Rooms are in the process of some sort of renovation as rooms are dated but amenities are nice.

The room was ridiculous. No lighting controls near night stand, no lamp on night stand, no power points for phone etc on or near night stand. you have to get out of bed to do ANYTHING. Everything was on the opposite wall. So I pulled the nightstand away from the wall (heavy) unplugged the alarm clock and plugged in my phone charger. Tip - take a 20’ charging cable with you. Also massive room and tiny, tiny bathroom.

We feel the Heritage Inn is one of the older hotels in Ridgecrest and New owners are transitioning it to a budget hotel. The pool was not in service in the desert in July. The restaurant is also not open.

The hotel was clean and excellent location. The front desk staff was fantastic and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay at a reasonable rate.

The breakfast was so so, only muffins, juice, milk, dry cereal, coffee, and apples. Wish there were non-sugary items.

The rooms are a bit old, however they are kept up decently.

As most people said in their reviews, all of the staff was incredible! It’s always so nice to be traveling and run into friendly people that act like they enjoy their job. Room was clean and everything worked. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room without having to ask for it.
