The room was small and we had to request blankets for a cold night.

I liked having the ability to cook. The staff was very attentive to any issues or problems. The location was great. This property also allowed a 1 night stay as opposed to a minimum of 2 nights. I also liked the filtered water pitcher in the lobby.

Loud street noise that started at 615 every morning from the trash truck to the golf carts and normal hustle and bustle of the day. Since it was April it was cool but the room did not have AC, just a ceiling fan.

Cute older building with nice location just 4 doors from the mail street. 3rd floor had a good view of the harbor and nice little rocking chairs in the shared balcony. Cute Jack and Jill adjoining rooms with a bathroom in between.

The TV didn’t work. I called and the person told me that the maintenance person would come but never did.

The view was great from the two rooms. The rooms were clean. The price was fair. The employees were friendly.

The view was only of other buildings. The shower was really small. There was no closet to hang up my wrinkly dress.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the TV screens were fuzzy, and the walls and ceiling were very thing so it was very loud with footsteps and I could hear people talking and snoring all night.

Staff was very friendly and for a budget accommodation, this was fine. We liked having two rooms with a shared bathroom so the kids could be in a separate room. It was nice to be able to store our luggage after check out.

Our room was not ready when we got there. This was unexpected to the manager as well. He and his wife had to clean it themselves to get it ready for us. The bed needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. The room had a hot plate and microwave, however there weren’t any basic kitchen supplies such as pot/pan, plate or silverware to make use of it. The shower head is low requiring even average height folks to maneuver how to get your hair washed under it.

Liked the location and the manager, Adam, was personable, responsive and helpful! He made our stay! Coffee and tea were also provided in the mornings free of charge.

The Jack and Jill room was very nice, but lacked room in the shower, very small and constricted for movement. There was noise on the top floor all night long, we could not stay asleep.

Location is epic, walking distance to Many things Catalina offers, Staff was great and attentive, very helpful with our questions.

I could not close the gaps in the hotel room blinds, therefore, anyone could look closely and intentionally at me while sleeping or in a particular area of the room. The blinds need Velcro on the sides for safety. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable--it needs a thick pad.

The hospitality of the male staff was exceptional and professional.

It’s a pretty run down hotel, very small rooms but not uncommon for the island.

Close to the main road, had an area where you could put your things while you wait for your room to be ready. Has two balconies you can rest on.

On Saturday night the hotel was left with out toilet water the shower and sink worked still tho. And our 1st night there when we went to lay down we noticed our bed was so uncomfortable it sunk in right in the middle. We just didn't complain cause it was cheap compared to everything else.

We were not told our rooms had no AC. With sunburns it made for a long 2 nites. When your on vacation and Sun Burned AC is a must. Had we been told there were no AC we would have found another place to stay. I e been stay here for many years and always had AC.

Rooms were very small unless you booked a cottage. The ice machine was not working during our visit. There was no security on the premises and the doors remained unlocked to access the lobby.

Amazingly great staff. Mave was awesome with great tips for restaurants and features. Our cottage was spacious and comfy. The location was perfect for getting around by foot.
