Thery didn't give us invoice claiming that Booking will send our invoice.I clicked "buisness trip" when I booked the hotel from your site and added my company name - adress and tax number.Since I made my payment with a company credit card, my company's accounting department is now asking for the invoice regarding this expense. I need urgent help on this issue. Since payments made with company cards in Turkey are strictly controlled by the Ministry of Finance, we have to enter the invoice into the system as soon as possible.

- I couldn't connect to the internet in my room ! - When I complaint to the management, I wasn't oferred another room, but instead tried to help, with no sucess. I was told that my laptop is at fault, despite my explanation that my laptop is working very well elsewhere. Just 50 feet away, in an adjacent starbucks coffee shop, my laptop prooved to be working just fine. - I notified the manager, and still wasn't oferred a replacement room.

The "accessible" room was the farthest possible room from the elevator. The facilities were understaffed. The food was underwhelming, based on what was even still available for dinner at 6pm. Valet parking was virtually unavoidable.

The Greek yoghurt breakfast was very tasty. The few staff were friendly, especially at the morning service.

The tall caucasian guy, who I believe is the supervisor, acted like a robot, no empathy at all. I asked him to call me an uber and he arranged a more expensive taxi the hotel normally does business with instead, without telling me. When I confronted him about this, he seemed annoyed and caught, and acted as if he didn't do anything wrong. Very sneaky!

Naijla, the front desk clerk was really nice, helpful and friendly, a true gem.

The Valet pricing at $32 / day, I drove up parked, stayed 3 days and then drove out never seeing my rental car in between and that cost me $100, and you don't find out the cost until you get there. And there is no nearby alternative. No housekeeping service without requesting it.

The staff were amazing. I casually mentioned I was a coffeeholic and they sent extra coffee to my room without my asking. The location is also ideal. A little out of the tourist area but close enough to walk anywhere in downtown.

They did not have wheelchairs on site, their valet on site parking is not onsite, very misleading. caused distress on guest who had just had surgery and needed to stay at this hotel for recovery. very unhelpful.

Only parking was Valet parking and expensive. Cheap one ply toilet paper! Yuk! Advertised room service in the elevator, but tried to order room service and was told that they didn’t have it! 😳
